"Price/quality is good. The terrace opens like a garage door, a very interesting solution, though right in front of it (1st floor) is the employees' staircase, so it is not comfortable to keep the window open. The room is not new, but it was not critical for me. We did not use the pool, because the flight was early in the morning. I did not like the unclear topic with the deposit, the information on the website says that it is only taken from guests under 25 years old, I am older, but they asked me for it too. Moreover, they took the card and began to rewrite all the data for themselves, including the CVC, it is not safe. Therefore, the room was not checked after check-out! Logic? Overall, I would like to come back again, the beach is very close"

"I have stayed countless. There are two buses 94/95 at the door of the hotel, which go directly to Plaza de España and Plaza Catalunya. Without traffic jams, it takes about 20 minutes to half an hour to reach the city center. It is about a self-driving car from the airport. Ten minutes' drive, it is recommended to rent a car!"

"Decided to pay a little more for a hotel since my wife was coming as well. Requestes a bedroom with double bed. I needed to work late nights. We got a room with two single beds. Short.. 1.90 my. My head touches the head board and feet pass the foot end. Curtains that are too short and let the light in. Tiny TV in a far corner. Toilet under a sink so you can't sit on it straight. I requested another room immediately, but it was not possible. They were fully booked. The bed was made up as a double bed. It was a solution, not perfect, but acceptable. The bed was still short. Not what I was expecting. I stayed there before, and it was much better."

"A lovely trip away for a few days. Clean hotel lovely staff especially Andrea. A few restaurants nearby and around 10 bus stops to supermarket. The staff clean everyday if you leave a sign for them to enter, chef dinners were lovely I never ate breakfast due to waking up later. Abit pricey compared to some other hotels near by I am not sure why as it’s not on the beach but across the road. I was in abit of a problem with my return back to London and the manager was not willing for me to continue my stay for the original price I paid instead doubling the price that was the negative experience that I had, all other staff was helpful and kind. I mostly took videos in the hotel that I cannot upload there’s pictures are a meal at the restaurant the road of the hotel and one restaurant."

"The hotel was unstaffed after 10:30 PM. The bed was quite small, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. And the air conditioning was excessively noisy. It's easily accessible from the city center by bus. It's also very close to the beach, so I'd recommend it for leisure trips, but not for business travel."

The attitude of the people in the lobby should represent the hotel brand. There was a staff person in the checking counter( I don’t know his name, male in his 30s…) yelling to another coworker and he didn’t mind if there were guests or not around. Truly unkind and unprofessional. 2. The restrooms in the lobby need a lot of maintenance. There were broken toilets and faucets. Besides these observations, this place is a very good option if you want to stay outside Barcelona."
