"The service was really slow, and there were long queues. The first room we got had a terrible smell. It took a lot of back and forth with the staff, who initially said there were no other rooms available. After waiting in line while others checked in, and then having them inspect the room, we finally managed to switch. It was quite an ordeal! However, the new room (same room type, no upgrade, just to fix the smell issue) was very comfortable and offered great value for money."

"I had to extend my stay as I was really sick. They were helpful in making sure I was comfy. The heat was on in the room which was perfect (contrary to a previous comment). I was given extra bed sheets and yesterday the girls who volunteers there shared some traditional desert which was really good. A lively place. It is not a party hostel except on Saturday there was an event/BBQ. Nice place and clean."

"It was a comfortable place to stay in Seville, and the location was great for seeing the main attractions. I also got a discounted flamenco ticket and enjoyed watching the flamenco show~ However, it was a pity that the cost and space were too small to leave my bags for a while. Other than that, everything was great."

"Beautiful accommodation which is centrally located in a stunning building with super friendly staff. We felt right at home from the start. A very relaxed vibe. Walking distance to all the attractions and lovely restaurants. The room was very comfortable. The only issue (which may be personal) was that the pillows were cheap and too soft - would suggest the hotel invest in good quality pillows or provide a pillow menu to the guests. Otherwise top notch accommodation!"

"Booked a standard room but it turned out an accessible room for wheelchair guest. The staff there didn’t mention the room type was strange. I totally dislike the whole bathroom always wet after shower. No curtains and no partitions between the shower and toilet bowl. No mat supplied and I almost got skidded at the bathroom. Toilet amenities looked cheap and I decided to go down to supermarket and buy shampoo and shower gel. Room showed long female hair on the floor on the day of check in. Renovation was not bad and size was appropriate. Vast varieties of food to choose in breakfast buffet. Two tapas bars were nearby. Need to walk long ways to city centre like cathedral. Dinner Food in the hotel restaurant was soso. Should eat out instead"

"The shower in the hotel was broken, and it took two reminders for someone to come fix it. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the train station. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room didn't have any toiletries; you had to ask the front desk for them. Also, this hotel doesn't provide slippers, so you need to bring your own."

"這是一間中古風、位在古舊城區主要幹道的民宿，的士沒法駛進來，但是拖行李走路大概10分鐘內也能到達，中庭很漂亮。剛好住在最頂樓，所以陽光採光不錯，但是房間偏細，選的是一房廳，廳有梳化床。冷氣模式只能夠是間中出風間中暫停，可能是我們不會調，不知道，但總體來說冷氣運作正常；剛好來到的第一天發現廚房的鋅盤漏水，聯絡客服也有立即回覆，在第二天早上有立刻派水管人員來維修，亦能根據我們希望的時段過來，最後亦能順利處理好，十分有效率，唯一不足的是廁所去水渠的味道十分大，以致廁所味道很難聞，必須經常開門通風。不過房價對比同其他民宿稍貴。"

"The location is a bit far from the city center, requiring about 40 minutes by public transport. However, the breakfast was very generous, the rooms were spacious, and they even featured automatic soft-close doors. Aside from the location, everything else was perfect, making it excellent value for money."
