FFeliciayangThe facilities are good, especially the USB charging ports which are convenient. The room is spacious, especially for a double, though it didn't come with slippers. The cleanliness was good, but there was no complimentary water.
I have to specifically praise the breakfast – it's really abundant! They even have homemade yogurt and rice. The variety of vegetable salads was also impressive. Every morning, breakfast was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Seville isn't a huge city, so you can pretty much walk to this hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the city center, but the surrounding area feels very safe. Plus, there's a supermarket right across the street, which is super handy for picking things up.
Hhappiest_girlAvoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.
Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

GGuest UserWe appreciated the hotel's convenient location just outside the city center, making it easy to get around while staying in a quieter area. The room itself was spacious and well laid out, which made our stay comfortable. Service was minimal, but that was fine by us.
However, cleanliness left much to be desired—the room felt like it was just barely cleaned rather than properly refreshed. On top of that, many fixtures seemed to be on their last legs, just a thread away from falling apart. A little more attention to maintenance and housekeeping would make this a much better stay.
If you're not too particular about those aspects, the space and location could still make it a decent option.

ZZaidMy stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral.
The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city.
Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌
RR.A.UHotel that I booked because of the good reviews, but it doesn't really boast a 4-star rating. The room I had on the first floor made the AC very loud. It was a triple for single use, the beds were small. The hotel was full and I probably didn't get a good room.
The hotel is well located if you are passing through and close to the northern ring road. It is very far from the ”beautiful” area.
The room was not completely clean and the shower had very little water flow.
But it is more than enough for one night, but the price of 130 euros is an exaggeration for this type of hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. The interior reminds me of the Titanic. The location is quite convenient. The rooftop pool and bar are very convenient during the summer, too bad it closes at 8pm.
GGuest UserI would love to say a big thank you to the staff at Hotel Ibis Sevilla! We had a lovely time here! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean, located in a quiet area surrounded by lovely orange trees. The hotel was about a 15 minute bus ride from the Sevilla Airport and a 5 minute walk from the Kansas City - Gota de Leche bus stop. We were two young girls travelling abroad for the first time and were a bit nervous, but the area was very quiet and safe even late at night. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, there's bikes downstairs that you can rent, as well as a small music corner with instruments and we had a lovely man play music for us late at night. The area has a McDonald's, Taco Bell and Burger King within a short walking distance, as well as, a Lidl and Mercadona. We absolutely enjoyed our time over here and I would highly recommend this place as it has good transport links to Santa Cruz. Will definitely return!
EEdgar Aguilar DiazThe location of the hotel is very accessible try public transportation either going to the airport or to the city centre. Even though the location was in the surrounding of automotive shops and industrial estate, still its very quiet and safe to walk around coming from a night stroll from the city of Seville.
We managed to book a room, but unfortunately, we ended up booking a room with a double bed and a bunk single bed on top, we tried to change our room to just a double bed but unfortunately, we got a conflicting reaction from the reception desk. Initially, we were advised that they will gonna relocate us the following day as we booked for 3 nights but then, another staff told us that they cannot change the room as it was the one that we initially booked. Other than that, the room served it purpose.
overall, I still highly recommend this hotel simply because of its accessibility to airport and city centre, and also for value for money.
