Although the room is entered through a small door next to the bar, it really feels like the entrance to the kitchen! But overall, the room design and supplies are very reasonable, and the supplies are quite high-end. The hotel's spa is also very good. If there is half a bottle of wine left in the room, they will help to put it in the refrigerator of the bar, and continue to drink it in the bar. The service is very good and they also give you potato chips, which makes you feel like you have opened a new bottle of wine. Parking is valet, and the overall service is good. In terms of hardware, the gym is a bit small, and the rooftop swimming pool is also quite small.
Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing.
Little far from centre but there’s a nearby bus stop for convenience.
In the old town of Seville, whether you go to Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral or the City Umbrella, it takes a few minutes to walk. Opposite the hotel is the British Department Store, a Spanish chain department store. The location is really convenient.
The room is not bad, whether it is the TV or the bed and pillow, they are all good.
The sink is a bit small, and the water temperature adjustment in the bathroom is also quite magical.
The biggest problem is that there is no WiFi signal in the room, which is a collapse...
The breakfast is edible. The service attitude is also good.
As above.
