5-Star Hotels in Seville

酒店有嚴重的種族歧視。我在這酒店住兩晚，預訂了兩天的早餐。第一天我早餐快吃完的時候，才發現其他客人進來之後都有服務員過去問，需要咖啡還是茶，服務員還會專門拿一個菜單過去，問客人是不是需要單點菜單上的菜？原來這酒店的早餐分兩部分：公共取餐區+菜單單點。菜單上的菜是包含在早餐費用裏的，我連菜單都沒見過，更不要提點餐了。連咖啡我都是自己主動要的，也沒人來問我喝什麼。後續我問了服務員，為什麼沒有給我提供和其他客人一樣的服務，她説她沒看到我。大姐，我這麼大一個人在餐廳坐了30分鐘你説你沒看到我？我和酒店經理溝通，因為我完全被忽略了，也沒享受到任何早餐菜單上的服務，所以要求退早餐錢，大概23歐元。她説，退款不可能，對我最好的補償是明天早餐時，讓服務員對我和其他客人一樣。🤷。她還特意説，我們對中國人沒有歧視，就像我們也不歧視黑人和猶太人，再説了，服務員沒給你菜單你不會主動要嗎？你看這話説的，***. 我説，你會要求別的客人也主動要菜單嗎？如果不是的話，你憑什麼要求我？我建議任何有良知的人都不要住這個種族歧視的酒店，我們應該讓所有種族歧視在這個地球上消失。建議攜程取消和這個酒店的合作。如果不想服務中國人，就不要賺中國人的錢了。

The hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.

The room is spacious enough to easily fit two 30-inch suitcases. The hotel is very new. It is divided into two buildings, which are very close to each other. Breakfast is in the check-in building, which is quite rich. There are not many rooms on one floor, which is quite quiet. There are supporting facilities such as rooftop bar, gym, swimming pool, etc. The front desk is very welcoming. The hotel's soft candy is delicious. There is a square outside the door, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. It's a pity that I didn't stay for two more days. I will stay here again next time I go to Seville!
