GGuest UserThe hotel itself has a good location, and I really liked the decor. The room facilities were complete; even in the hot city of Seville, the hotel had heating. The breakfast tableware was beautiful, but the freshness of the fruit and the variety of dishes didn't match the restaurant's level.
My biggest complaint is that I booked two rooms using the same name and for the same check-in date. Even though the policy stated no refunds or changes, we communicated several days in advance (about 10 days) to cancel either of the duplicate bookings to avoid unnecessary losses. Multiple attempts to communicate were unsuccessful. Upon arrival at the hotel, the local tour operator also helped us communicate in Spanish to cancel either room, clearly explaining that the duplicate booking resulted in a wasted room. The hotel was extremely inhumane, refusing to provide a refund.

HHAIYANThe hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.

AAnonymous UserIn the old town of Seville, whether you go to Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral or the City Umbrella, it takes a few minutes to walk. Opposite the hotel is the British Department Store, a Spanish chain department store. The location is really convenient.
The room is not bad, whether it is the TV or the bed and pillow, they are all good.
The sink is a bit small, and the water temperature adjustment in the bathroom is also quite magical.
The biggest problem is that there is no WiFi signal in the room, which is a collapse...
The breakfast is edible. The service attitude is also good.
