"The facilities were fine and the service was good, but the cleaning was awful. You'd find hair, other odd things, and makeup left by the previous guest. They even moved us to a different room a second time, and it still wasn't clean. It was dusty, the glasses were dirty and stained, and the faucet didn't work. It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems."

All the pictures are direct shots of the original pictures. It deserves to be ranked in the design list. It is really beautiful. I even like the wallpaper. The hotel alone is absolutely stunning. It is also clean and tidy, and the equipment is easy to use. The service is very considerate. There are snacks at the door, good morning chocolate and water every day, so there is a great sense of detail. I think this is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. The living room and dining room on the first floor are also very beautiful. In short, if you like beauty, you can definitely come here. The location is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Seville. It only takes ten minutes. It’s very easy to shop along the street."

"It was just okay. The location isn't great; you have to walk a bit to get to the bus stops, and it's not particularly close to any of the main attractions. The snacks at the convenience store nearby weren't very good either. As for the bedding, it really was just two sheets with a duvet in between, exactly as some reviews mentioned – I was quite surprised by that! The rooftop pool is very small, and there's an outdoor bar next to it. However, the breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied."

"The location is excellent! It's right opposite a large supermarket and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The Palace and the Cathedral are also quite close, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, all French brand Codage. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a three-piece separation. Breakfast offers a rich variety, and the coffee is delicious. Super value for money!"

"I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. After pre-checking in earlier, I was promised my luggage would be in the room, but when I returned exhausted in the evening, I still had to go down to the baggage area to find it myself. And don't even get me started on the long queues for check-in where not even a glass of water is offered. Forget comparing it to hotels in China; it can't even hold a candle to hotels in Cordoba, Madrid, or Barcelona. Besides the good location and interesting architecture, there's nothing else worth praising!"

We told the receptionist, but they offered us breakfast as if they were mocking us. If those bugs are everywhere and crawling all over the food, how are we supposed to eat? "After a two-year break (last time in Madrid), I continued my exploration of high-tech Spanish hostels. This time in Seville. Futurotel was certainly impressive. I've seen all of these things individually before: the capsules themselves in capsule hotels at Russian airports, and high-tech toilets 10 years ago in Japan and South Korea. But taken together, they're impressive. The plastic casing of the capsules themselves doesn't solve the soundproofing issue... And, of course, for capsules, it's still not cheap, given the limited space."

"The hotel's location is a bit of a double-edged sword. It's a few stops by public transport to the train station, a few stops to the cathedral, and a few stops to catch the bus to Ronda. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. It seems to be in a commercial area, and right across from the hotel is a Carrefour, which is super convenient for shopping. There's a metro station very close to the hotel entrance, and plenty of bus stops too. The hotel facilities and various services were all quite good."

We had no choice but to go down and ask in person, and the staff's response was dismissive. This significantly impacted our travel plans. A terrible experience overall."
