4-Star Hotels in Seville

Wow, this hotel is super convenient! The brunch nearby is delicious, and if you get tired of Western food, there's a Lanzhou noodle place right next door. It's just a short walk to the old town, and the view from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. While you have to pay to go up the Metropol Parasol for the view, here you can just swim on the top floor and enjoy the same great scenery!

Unbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol. Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants. Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset. The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided. Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding. This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space. The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom. A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table. A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay. The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room. All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

Love this hotel for its location and its amenities. It's across from the Seville Bus Station - convenient if taking the bus to/from malaga which was what I did. There's Mercadona next door and Spanish bar La Gallega at the corner. Also, it is easy to take a bus to the airport or train station. Lots of things to eat nearby and you can walk to Setas of Seville or Torre Sevilla shopping mall.

To be fair, the location is quite good. It's not far from several main attractions like Plaza de España, Alcázar of Seville, and Seville Cathedral, all within walking distance, about 1 km or 10-15 minutes. The hotel is a four-star establishment, and it definitely feels like one. It has an attached restaurant, and the rooftop pool offers a fantastic view. However, in terms of service, during check-in around 5-6 PM, which is peak time, there was only one young man at the front desk. He had to enter guest information, answer various phone calls, and solve all sorts of temporary issues, which led to us waiting a long time to check in. While the check-out time was conveniently at 12 PM, when we returned at 11:30 AM to get our things, we couldn't get into the room. We had to go up and down four or five times before finally getting in to retrieve our luggage and check out [embarrassed emoji]. The room itself was very spacious, with a small sofa, and the bathroom was also large, featuring a three-part design with two sinks. However, there was no complimentary drinking water, no iron, and no tissue paper, which were small inconveniences that made things quite bothersome. Additionally, there aren't many dining options around the hotel, at least not within 500 meters. The surrounding area consists of large roads, and crossing them often requires a long wait, making dining feel inconvenient.

My original room's aircon was dripping water and had to move to another one... • Common area/ ambience: The reception/ cafe area is like a hostel/dorm, not consistent with the Novotel brand/tier- thought I was in Ibis or something. • Location: Very convenient - next to the shopping centre, close to bus/tram station, about 20-30 min from key attractions in the Archivo de Indias

We booked a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for three people, and the sofa bed was wide enough. The room decor was aesthetically pleasing, and it had a mini-fridge. Bottled water was provided daily, per person. We stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel was always clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; we even borrowed a knife and a plate from the restaurant chef to cut watermelon during our stay, haha!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

The apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.

The hotel is quite large and has a pool, with a great ambiance. A bit disappointing though, as I arrived in the early morning and my booked twin room was unavailable! I had to switch rooms the next day. It's a good option if you're just looking for a hotel getaway. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful. However, there aren't many commercial facilities around the hotel.
