The accommodation has an excellent location, (Holy Week passes before the processions) it is noticeable that there is a renovation of the building and the floors, but a deeper and not superficial cleaning would be improved, a broom for cleaning would be missing because if you stay for several days the The floor fills with dirt and you walk on it, I would also improve the mattresses because they are soft and you don't rest well, and lastly, it is missing that families with small pets cannot accommodate them.
It should be noted that the apartment includes a kitchen equipped with all appliances including a coffee maker with Nespresso capsules, large sinks, and the app to open doors works great!! I would stay again next time and I hope you take into account these suggestions for improvement

Appart hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre de Séville à proximité immédiate du METROPOL PARASOL. Accès à toutes les visites du centre-ville à pied. Station de taxis à 100 m. Rapport qualité-prix idéal (peut-être avons-nous bénéficié d'une offre particulière ?), appartement avec 3 chambres, 3 sdb, une grande terrasse et un équipement suffisant pour passer quelques jours. Appartement propre et accueil chaleureux.
