"I booked a one-night stay here yesterday for today, the 27th. However, when I arrived in Seville by train and made my way to the hostel, the staff informed me around 6 PM via email that there was a system error and no rooms were available. They then referred me to another hostel. Although it was also an 8-bed dorm, it wasn't the same price point; it was cheaper than this hostel! I had such bad luck; they completely mishandled the situation. Since it was raining, cold, and dark outside, I had no choice but to accept their arrangement! I'd like to ask if you should refund me the price difference for the room? I hope Trip.com can help me resolve this!"

"The room is spacious and equipped with a refrigerator. However, when the air conditioning was on, the room smelled strongly of sewage, especially at night; the stench was very noticeable. When showering, water splashed out of the shower screen and soaked the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the bathroom was well-equipped with soap, shampoo, body lotion, and a hairdryer. It doesn't have blinds, so if you prefer complete darkness, the curtains won't block the first rays of sunlight. The location is right in the Macarena neighborhood, so depending on your needs, it's about 20-30 minutes from the center of Seville."

Had a wonderful time in Seville, highly recommended. **Location:** Very close to the bus station, a 10-minute walk, and within walking distance of the Cathedral and other small chapels. It's in the city center, which makes exploring very convenient. It's lively at night, and I felt completely safe walking around. El Corte Inglés is also within walking distance. **Breakfast:** The breakfast here is the best I've had so far on my European journey. They have a self-service fresh orange juice machine, fresh honey, smoked salmon, avocado, and various local olive oils. We enjoyed them so much we bought two bottles directly from the hotel. **Service:** The front desk provided us with a map, explained the attractions, and even helped us call to book a flamenco show. Coffee and desserts are available until 8 PM, and during the Christmas season, they offer special mini-desserts. The hotel also provides free bicycle rentals. Not far away is a riverside bike path, allowing you to cycle past the Torre del Oro all the way to Plaza de España. **Room:** The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The double bed was a proper large one, not two single beds pushed together. Having a bathtub was great for relaxing and soaking away fatigue, and the water pressure was excellent. I requested a quiet room on Trip.com, and both times I was given a corner room, which was fantastic. The room itself also had good soundproofing. The only minor issue is the higher price during holidays. A night during the Constitution Day holiday was 1.5 times the weekday rate."

"Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended."
