Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.

Hotel is in superb location. Very close to all attractions. We had a good stay. Service recovery was efficient after a hiccup during check in. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, hotel can be hard to locate as the hotel sign was small and it took us a few rounds of going in circles to find it.

Je ne pense pas que cet hôtel soit réellement un 4 étoiles, le niveau de prestation n’est pas en rapport avec ce classement. Les plus de l’hôtel : - super emplacement proche de toutes les curiosités et dans la vieille ville - très bel hôtel, propre et en bon état - chambre spacieuse et confortable - personnel à l’accueil amiable et souriant Les moins : - petit déjeuner, les œufs et le bacon sont froids, pancakes et churros durs, jus d’orange à base de concentré - la réactivité, nous n’avons pas eu de wifi pendant 2 jours, l’étendoir à serviettes était cassé et n’a pas été remplacé, les horaires de ménage sont aléatoires. - le bruit dans la rue, les chambres donnant sur la rue méritaient une bonne isolation phonique - la climatisation qui se déclenche seule - pratiquement que des chaînes en espagnol à la TV

Very cute hotel in a nice location. They gave no assistance pre hand with parking making arrival and check in a nightmare. You have to illegally park and walk to the hotel. I was then given instructions to parking that did not exist. Parking it what hopefully was acceptable but a good 10 minute walk from the hotel. Didn’t seem safe. The room was nice but freezing cold. The heat did not work and I froze all night long. The toilets didn’t flush, the bath tub facet didn’t work so I couldn’t use the bathtub. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, the phone to reception didn’t work and I had to wait at reception for 10 minutes in order to get one. The marble floors throughout are beautiful, however they don’t look like they have been cleaned in years. Someone was out vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 2am. They need to shut down and do a deep clean and major hotel repair. Until then they should not be offering 4 star accommodations.
