2-Star Hotels in Kuantan

This is my utmost best service ever received. After i left and checked out from the hotel i realised that i misplaced my watch and contacted the hotel and they immediately help to search without hesitation even if its off working hours. They contacted the cleaners and all the other staffs to search for my watch and even went to the location my watch was last found. And thankfully i found my watch that i accidentally left in the grab 😭😭😭😭 The staff is so friendly and helpful really love my stay here. The room is also neat and clean and the price is also reasonable. Location also great theres a restaurant just opposite to the hotel and many food nearby just by walking distance. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I COME TO KUANTAN

Recommended 👍🏻 Clean and comfortable. Best of all, it's right in the city center and strategically located. Everything is nearby 😇 Easy to go back and forth to the hospital. Only 4 minutes to HTAA.

Had a great solo stay at the Riverside Boutique Hotel. The location on Jalan Teluk Sisek is super strategic—right in the city center and just a short walk to the Kuantan River esplanade, Menara 188, and nearby cafes. My room was clean, cozy, and perfect for one person to unwind. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended if you're traveling solo and want something affordable, convenient, and safe!

Very basic hotel with good location in the middle of the city. Serve the purpose of the short trip.

I almost fell into depression in this hotel room. It's extremely cramped, smoky, and downright uncomfortable. A piece of the bathroom soap holder fell off (photo attached). The room had a tiny window, but it didn't open and was tightly curtained. It felt almost like being in a coffin. The pillows smelled like dog urine. Sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. As a result, there was practically no outside air flow, forcing you to turn on the air conditioning at night, and you wake up in the morning feeling sleep-deprived and with a headache. Furthermore, the hotel asks for an additional RM10+2 upon check-in, citing government taxes. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it was one of the worst experiences I've had in this country, and in my travels in general. The only positives are decent WiFi and hot water with good pressure.

I booked this homestay for my friends, and it's quite close to my place. It was indeed very clean and beautiful, and my friends were all very satisfied. The key cards were like those in a hotel. The transportation is also very convenient; you can even walk to the food center. It's a place with great accessibility. I'll definitely rent it again next time.

The location is quiet and convenient, and I had a good rest there. However, at midnight, there was a lot of noise in the corridor, with staff talking loudly. This made it difficult for my husband to sleep.

Good location near the town. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. Sg Lembing is a small town a good place to peace your mind and relax. The noodles in the hawker center are yummy. The taufu is soft. Unfortunately the tin museum is closed for renovation while we are visiting

Okay... the room didn't seem clean. The toilet smelled strongly of urine... the pillows were yellow and musty. I hope the cleaner is more thorough with cleanliness. Even if it's cheap, at least make it look well-maintained and clean. We're not asking for luxury, just comfort and cleanliness. Overall, okay. ❤️❤️

It was a repeat stay, very peaceful and quiet only can hear the breeze of the sea wind. Great traveling with family the villa has built a swimming pool.
