Kuantan Hotels with Wifi

"We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself looked pleasant, and the room was in good condition upon arrival. We also requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly without any issues. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty. On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan. As a hotel rated 5 stars, I expected a higher level of maintenance and service, especially in terms of room facilities and breakfast operations. While the stay was comfortable overall, there is definitely room for improvement to meet 5-star expectations."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant and the location was convenient. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The toiletries provided (shower gel and shampoo) came only in small bottle. It would be more convenient if refillable bottles or larger-sized toiletries were provided. The air conditioning was not as cold as expected. It was still acceptable, but it seemed like the unit may require servicing. The iron provided was quite old and unfortunately left a slight burn mark on one of my clothes. Replacing it with a newer and better-maintained iron would improve the guest experience. Other than these issues, the stay was satisfactory."

"Best part abt this hotel is its location. I booked the sea view which is splendid. Really beautiful view. Location wise is strategic as well. Just outside the hotel the quite a number of eateries as well. Fresh seafood selection. East Coast mall is pretty near as well. 10~15mins Grab ride. Which cost not more then Rm$15. Maintenance of room definitely needs improvement. It’s a pity if they neglect on this since they have a beautiful sea view to die for."

"First time at Sri Manja. Booked 3 rooms. Reception was nice and helpful. Check in was smooth. But the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, still can see dusks everywhere. The toilets had a weird smell and the sink got clogged everytime we ran the tap. The towels looked worn and old. They had an ironing room on each floor but the ironing boards looked as if they might collapse anytime soon. The make up room was late on the next day and one of my rooms were excluded hence NO fresh towels and thrash not taken out. Probably because Sri Manja has a lot of rooms to be taken care of. All in all please do improve and replace those items that require replacement. The location is already strategic close to wide selection of nice and decent restraurants, convenients stores, 24hrs laundry, clinics and more. All the best. And thank you."

"The beach chalet was nice and better than i thought. My room was clean, spacious and had everything i need. The room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping and maintenance was fast when i needed them. Breakfast was great too. Every staff asked if i need any help when they passed by me and they were friendly. The resort has a really great ambiance. It is perfect for holiday to relax. There are pools, volleyball sand courts, pickleball, cafe and just few walks away theres the beach! I really LOVE the vibe. As someone who had a one week stay there. I would come back and recommend others. As for the bad sides, the room tbh is a bit old especially the aircond but it was functional so thats good. The tv is not smart tv but it has enough channels. The pillow might be too thick for some but the king-sized bed is huge. The room is not sound proof oops, i can hear my next door alarm clock and hairdryer sound but i m not too particular for that as at least i know theres PEOPLE next door lol. But because its not sound proof, if your chalet is near the parking, you ll the hear the sound of cars, and if you are near the beach you ll hear the people karaoke at night from the nearby cafe. In the morning, you ll hear the bird sounds. ALSO, there are biawak around 🦎, one time it was at my friends bathroom so always check! Tips: the BEACH CHALET KING room is located more strategically especially for solo traveller like me. I feel safer and less scary sleeping alone as my chalet is near the parking and not far from swimming pool. The garden chalet seems a bit far from people so if you are alone, maybe dont consider that."
