"We enjoyed our stay, as there are a lot of amenities to be found here. Two very large room for a family of 4, a dining table, and a large living room. Love the private toilet in the master bedroom. A lot of choices to be found at breakfast. Very good egg. Nasi lemak was mid, weird sambal taste. Good dessert. Kelapa jelly was my favourite. Love the infinity swimming pool. But unlucky for us that we came during haze season so we couldn’t really see the beautiful ocean from the pool. But all good. We had fun. Thanks so much for a good stay. Cons: We had to take the trolley by ourselves. And just when we finished putting our bags on the trolley, the staff came and picked it up. It just feels weird that we had to do all that by ourselves. Aren’t they supposed to just be ready near the trolley to assist us? And the same thing happened during checkout too. But thank you. All the best, Swiss-Belhotel."

"I went there for exam at UIA. There is a cockroach when I first enter the room. Told the front desk and they manage to change the room for me. But because it was a peak season, hence no more queen bed room, and hence they change to a twin room for me Waite a while to check in despite I reach at 4pm. Housekeeping needed to remind for many times and they will only do it when they reach to your room. Study time affected a little. Towel was a little worn and dirty Overall with the price I paid, it was an okay stay. Just don’t expect too much with such price range"

"This hotel has very good location, middle of the town, easy access to mall, 2 min walk as it is in front of the hotel..the room is spacious, all is good until i tried the sink a bit tersumbat, and safety box out of battery…so requested to change the room but the manager denied ans asked maintenance to check first, eventually after check, as i was saying, that room problem, lucky i got another room that solve this issue But i think thus hotel need to improve of all of their rooms..safety box and the sink especially, the rest still in order .. Anyway, this hotel still have very good demand ..;)"

"The room type is quite special – it's a connecting room. The door shown in Figure 4 doesn't lead to the hallway or bathroom; it's a partition door between your room and another guest room next door. There's a lock on each side of the door. By default, it's locked and closed, so neither guest can open it, ensuring no connection and soundproofing. This is a room type unique to Malaysia. The hotel service is very good, and a 50 MYR deposit is required for check-in. There aren't many Chinese guests. It's within walking distance of Comic Street and 188 Tower. The room offers a view of the entire football stadium. You can constantly hear the mosque's prayers. The bathroom and shower are on par with a typical budget hotel."

"Front desk service is very helpful, they explained everything before you enter your room, room is tidy and clean. But 1 things i found unpleasant about this stay because the water bottle is dirty and smelly, stink smell right after i drank half bottle. I bet they didn’t wash it properly before insert new water. Really hate the fact i found out after drank half of it 😭"

"1. Parking is self-paid, costing 65 cents per hour to the city council, except on Sundays and public holidays. 2. There are many eateries nearby, and it's within walking distance to Kuantan Tower or Padang as it's in the city center. 3. There is hotel parking available for RM3, but you need to get it verified at the counter every time you exit the hotel. 4. Staff are okay. 5. The building only has 4 floors. 6. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not strong. 7. The TV and bathroom are okay."

"The hotel is great, I got a corner room. The toilet is very spacious, being an end unit. The only downside is the room is a bit noisy because it's close to the main road, and the window seems a bit loose (even when closed), as I could hear cars passing by, especially motorbikes. There's a fridge, but no complimentary toiletries are provided by the hotel. The hotel's location is near ECM. However, at night, many foreigners hang out around the hotel. Parking is available, but if you arrive late, you might not find a spot. There's a bus station behind the hotel."

"Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."
