Kuantan Hotels with Wifi

The resort was wonderful. Reminded us alot of koh sa mui. Service was impeccable. Food was fantastic. The pool in the villa was so clean but maybe can cut down on the chlorine tablets a bit.

We absolutely loved the chill, family-holiday vibe here. The lobby has so many cosy spots to just sit back and relax. Kids had a great time at the pool and slides, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus. 
We stayed in the family room and it was very well maintained! Good air-conditioning, strong water pressure, and overall very comfortable. You really know a hotel is well maintained when even the corners and toilet tiles are clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful! One area for improvement would be the kids’ club. Should provide more educational toys, but during our visit it felt quite empty and there was no staff around. There was also no information shared on available kids’ activities. It became a bit boring for the kids after some time. It would be nice if the PlayStation could be free to use (like Hilton), and if staff could actively engage the kids or share a simple activity schedule. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. With some enhancements to the kids’ club, the experience would be even better. Would love to return! Thanks!

What an excellent respite to this place after a trip coming from KL ! All the staff are friendly, welcoming and so helpful without being over the top - from the bellboys, reception, janitors to kitchen staff. Big shout out to them for the great service and thank you ! The bellboys especially were so enthusiastic in helping us with the luggages and so friendly in greeting every customer. Service recovery was also very efficient, we had an unsatisfactory issue with our room but it was resolved very quickly by the front desk lady manager on duty. The location and facilities of the hotel is also excellent - property is clean and well maintained, towels for beach and pool aplenty and poolside and beach facilities efficient. Room may not be big but it was well designed and well thought out and had everything you need for a good beach holiday. The balcony is clean and with outdoor chairs that one can actually sit in comfortably. Housekeeping was also excellent and thorough every single day. Kudos to the team ! Check-in is late at 4pm but I understand that's because rooms will only be ready for guests after a quality control inspection. I can really tell the attention to details in the housekeeping and room design. Food from the pool bar was really excellent ! Breakfast was enjoyable. We also dined at the Italian Bistro one evening and it was good though not cheap ! One feedback I have would be to include a multi layer clothes drying rack in the balcony ! Thumsb up and 5 stars all round from me !

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

Great location, ample open car park parking space. Right next to esplanade and most of the restaurants and cafe. A bit noisy facing the street view. Value for money which included breakfast.

I recently stayed here for a business trip with four colleagues. We booked five separate rooms, choosing this location based on its competitive pricing and convenient location. While the physical property itself is impressive, the management process left a lot to be desired. The Good: Comfort & Space Rooms: The rooms are genuinely clean, neat, and very spacious. For the price point, the value of the actual living space is excellent. Parking: Finding parking was easy and secure, which was a major plus for our group as we had our own vehicles. Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently. The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room: The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use. There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower. The Ugly: Management & Customer Service This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful: Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end. Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day. Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust. Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

Based on my experience, a bit too far to reach 5 star accomodation Good: location, service staff very polite, jungle environment make us feel cool everyday Bad: private pool cleanliness of the pool can be considered worth based on my experience. unacceptable for human to use it. Too dirty and unefficient filteration system Food very limited and tasteless

The hotel is good for a 2-star hotel. Clean & quite spacious. 2 double beds for 4 people. Just a few things I'd like to mention. 1. We arrived at 4am and asked for a late checkout. The receptionist said we can check out at 4pm. Didn't know that we will be charged for the late check out. 2. The toilet flush needs fixing. It didn't stop & wasted a lot of water. 3. The parking isn't free. Everything else is okay. Won't mind staying here again next time, without a late check out. BTW the Petronas station next door is a plus if you need to fill up the gas.

Check-in at 4 PM. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was okay. The air conditioning worked well. The only slight issue was parking; space was quite limited, first come, first served. Overall, everything was fine. We got a beautiful view of the mosque, which was a nice bonus! 👍👍👍 If I have the chance, I'll definitely repeat my stay, but we didn't have breakfast this time. I think because it's an old hotel, it had that classic vibe, which I'm okay with. But the parking is in the basement without any elevator access, and you had to pay extra to park in front of the hotel. The first problem is the room air conditioning weren't properly working and we felt hot even after a few hours waiting for the room to be cooler. We ended up reaching out to the hotel and thank god all the staff were every helpful. They helped us change our room and there's a coakroach in the room that came out when we were packing to leave. Overall, would definitely stay here again for the budget but recommending yall to find a more comfortable stay if you're on a holiday
