Beach Hotels in Kuantan

I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the stylish lobby decor, and the receptionist staff was very polite and friendly. The kids club is wonderful, we played PlayStation and did some coloring. There's a gym nearby, and the toilet at the kids club is spotless. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, and my children loved everything about it. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. ❤

The room was quite big and spacious. The only downside was that there was no window to see outside. There was also some noise on the 3rd floor due to renovations, but the hotel management had already informed us about it. All amenities like restaurants and supermarkets were easily accessible.

A very relaxing holiday spot. There's a pool, with separate sections for kids and adults. They even have a lifeguard, which is great! The beach is also easily accessible from the resort. I'll definitely repeat this stay. There are plenty of delicious food options nearby, and the hotel food is good too, but if you have a big family and want to save money, it's better to eat out. Room service is super fast; food arrived at our door within 30 minutes of ordering! 😍 Plenty of parking available. Everything was just great.

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Staff are very friendly and do their best to help you. Beach is nice, golden sand, but came in October and the sandflies were very bad. Hotel says that they do sandfly control but still got bitten many times. Will try another area next time, not worth the red welts due to sandfly bites. Food in the beach restaurant was subpar. Stayed in Selangor Villa, it was quaint to experience a traditional Malay villa, but there are clear signs of aging - don’t expect fancy new kind of place. This is super aged villa.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the room's cleanliness was not up to our expectations. Additionally, for a room accommodating four guests, we were only provided with toiletries for two. This included a shortage of shampoo and toothbrushes for everyone. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests. It would greatly improve the overall experience.
