Amazing
KKo ko nhWe are looking for some get away resort near KL and this is a perfect one. The price is a little bit higher than our budget, but it really worths for every penny. Foods were great. Reception welcomed me like a distinguished guest and provided all info and clarified all my questions very well and attentive manner. The villa was great, clean and facilities were great too. The most enjoyable part is recreation activities and they do the maintainence very well for all equipments. We will visit again.

GGuest UserThe agent was helpful. Can cook, wash clothes, watch TV.. My family enjoyed our time there. After staying, make sure to not leave the property messy. The process of check-in is explained in detailed. Be careful of the carpark, it is very narrow.

GGuest UserThe unit is very comfortable, beautiful, and clean, easily accommodating a family of 5 with 2 large beds and 1 small bed. The sofa is also comfortable. There are qibla direction signs, prayer garments, and prayer mats provided. The pool is spacious and close to a beautiful beach. Will definitely repeat!

YyeanlingWe recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Kuantan as a family and had a really comfortable experience. We booked a room with twin beds, and it was surprisingly spacious—enough to accommodate three adults and one baby without feeling cramped. The hotel also provided a baby cot, which made traveling with our little one much easier and more convenient.
One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and satisfying—perfect for starting the day before heading out.
The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient, with many well-known restaurants just a few minutes away. Even the famous cendol from Alliance Bank is nearby, which was a nice treat to enjoy without having to travel far.
My husband and I also took advantage of the surroundings by going for a morning jog from the hotel to a nearby golf club. The route was pleasant and added a refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing environment.

NNritaRindianiI had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing.
The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!

However, there is no kids’ club, so it may be better suited for couples or families whose kids enjoy quieter activities. Still a pleasant and refreshing short stay.

GGuest UserMy friend and I each got a king room. Overall, the service and the hotel's garden design were excellent. The price is quite a good value for a villa-style resort of this caliber. There are gardeners maintaining the flowers and plants every day, creating a beautiful 'step-by-step changing scenery' effect. The only minor downside is that some facilities are a bit old, but any issues we raised were immediately resolved. The front desk staff had a slight accent, but for anyone who understands English, communication was perfectly fine.
There's a private beach area upfront where you can relax and watch the sea, which was a really nice touch. There are also cute little cats in the courtyard that will interact and play with you.
