"The location was awesome, super close to Ana Bakar Petai Restaurant, and there's a grocery store right downstairs. The pool looked great, but it was way too crowded when I was there, so I skipped it. Plenty of parking, but the alley to get there was narrow and super steep, and my car bumper scraped the ground on the way out. Still, it was worth the money for a short stay."

"The good: - front desk service is superb, the security folks are friendly too. Any queries were swiftly replied too. - very near to the sea if you’re looking to stay near the a nice beach for a cheap price - the pools are free for use and generally clean The bad: - the sheets and towels were spotted with old stains, the customer service did offer us a change, but we were really tired and just wanted to lie down. - there is no noise insulation and the structure of the building creates a lot of echos. We could hear the folks upstairs pulling their chairs n tables the entire time we were there. The sound of children playing in the corridor upstairs sounded like they were right outside our door. - I stayed in the so called second room with the single bed, which I think was actually either the maid room or the storage room. There were 3 windows acting as air vents at the top, and at night, the corridor light shone into the room really brightly and reflected on the walls. There was no curtain. Basically, the whole room lighted up like it was 10am in the morning the entire night. - the carpark multi storey carpark was hell. We had to turn up 8 floors to reach the designated parking spot. You can’t change the slot. The turn was so tight that the walls were smeared and damaged with dents/scratch marks. Conclusion: I highly do not recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper or have mild OCD like me. If you’re a fam looking to just stay somewhere reasonably priced with a lovely beach, then this may be the place. Side note: - if you’re looking for Malaysian Chinese food, there’re none near by and you’ll need to travel out quite far. There’s almost no public transport, so you need to cab."

"Directly in city centre. There’s a good restaurant in front of the hotel. Walking distance to Padang Majlis Kuantan. Hotel is very cosy & clean. Quick check in service. Carpark available at hotel."
