Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla

Stay was great. Only issue was the AC’s temperature was fixed at 24 celsius and room was very warm at night. Tried opening the windows but the noise outside made it impossible to sleep. Otherwise 10/10!

Facilities and service were exceptional; and very central location.

Really good modern, clean hotel within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Seville. The room was really comfortable, the shower was probably one of the best I’ve had in a hotel with plenty of water pressure (great for us ladies washing long hair). There was quite a bit of noise coming from downstairs every morning really early, we were in room 112, so maybe request a higher floor room if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast and service downstairs was a bit hit and miss as quite a few members of staff seemed to struggle with English. In an international hotel you expect English to be spoken widely so this was surprising. The food and choice however were very good. The pool area was a bit disappointing as it seemed like a bit of an afterthought, the pool was really cold so unusable and the rooftop bar wasn’t open at all during our stay. A member of staff told us to use the QR code to order drinks but it was out of service the days we tried, we ended up bringing up our drinks from the lobby bar instead. Overall I would stay here again as it was a great location and comfortable hotel.
