"Nice setting. The rooms are in a new building and you don't get to see any of the original sections unless you join a tour. I did not join the tour so cannot comment. But overall not so much to see. Honestly slight disappointment for a ”castle” stay"

"The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfy. A cost-effective choice. The only thing is, as the hotel is close to the main plaza with many restaurants, I hope the hotel will have ways to clearn and prevent roaches from getting inside the rooms."

"Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!.
The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025."
