"Exceeded my expectations! Can highly recommend. I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush. It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel. District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station."

"The hotel is located in the city center. The surrounding attractions include Plaza de la Virgen, the bullring, the indoor market, etc., which are not far away and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are average. In summer, no quilts are provided, only sheets. If they are not enough, you can ask for another blanket. The breakfast is relatively good, with several hot dishes. The price-performance ratio is good."

"Great location. Very clean and private. The single room was large and had a very comfortable bed, nice bedding, dresser, desk etc. The listing said shared bathroom, but it seemed that each room had its own bathroom, very nice touch. I got in late and needed to call the emergency phone number for assistance checking in, but the service answered immediately and was very helpful! The rooms are in a beautiful old building, but the one down side is that the (lovely and bright) old windows don’t keep out much street noise so I heard a million garbage trucks and other traffic all night and early morning."

"Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that."

"The room is very spacious and elegantly decorated without losing its modern feel. The beds are particularly comfortable and you can have a safe sleep every night. The sea view on the balcony is even more refreshing. I wake up every morning to see the endless sea. This is one of the most enjoyable parts of me. The service at the hotel was impeccable, from the front desk to room service, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had several times to need extra towels and toiletries, and the hotel staff delivered to the room very quickly and the efficiency was impressive."

"The room is very nice and clean. It is on the small side so I recommend it for singles or couples not carrying too many bags. They had a few amenities, and made a point to say that if you needed anything else, you could call to ask. Location: not in the middle of the touristy area, but takes 10-20 mins by walk to get to them, depending on where youre going. Also located next to bus stops. I like not being in the touristy areas so there is some quiet at night, so I liked the location."

"Located close to Amistat metro station. Mind that the location in Google Maps as of the time of this stay is wrong and rely on the location given in trip.com. The check in was smooth. The hostel was undergoing a kind of construction, so the actual conditions might significantly soccer from the photos. Wifi worked well."

"Location: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town. Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel. Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all. Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new."
