"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Spain. It's not cheap, and the hardware is just so-so. If you add a little more, you can live in a much better place. I don't recommend it. "The location is near old town carmen. Got loads of bars and restaurants nearby.
The hostel provides different activities each day. Like picnic, beach excursion, walking tour, salsa dance etc and there are free! Met some friends there.
But the ladder to climb up the bed is poorly designed I can say."

Amazing
PPassporttoPalateThis is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.
GGuest UserLocation: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town.
Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel.
Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all.
Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new.
SSunshineTDecent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
WWay66This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were both high-end and comprehensive. There was plenty of space for the kids to move around without feeling cramped. The breakfast was extensive, with bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even Spanish ham – something for everyone, both adults and children. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming. I'll probably choose to stay here again next time.
AAdam DavidBeautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful
GGuest UserLocation: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport.
Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it.
Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap
Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice.
Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that.
__WeChat491576****At that time, I was looking for a youth travel. I lived alone. The overall feeling was not bad. The service staff were young and good communication. The bad thing is that the plane outside is very loud and the sound insulation is not very good.
GGuest UserThe bus stop is nearby which is very convenient. And there are parking spaces all around the hotel, and the key is, it’s free! free! free! This is very important. We parked elsewhere for 18 euros a night, and we instantly felt like we were making a lot of money! There are orange trees along the way, and Peng Yuyan’s check-in point is also within walking distance.
MMr.travelsThe support of the reception staff was very good! It was very convenient to use the bicycle for 24 hours at 13 euros, and it was good that it was difficult to go to the supermarket when walking in Valencia!
