Guest UserThe best Novotel out of Valencia, Sevilla and Madrid (where I stayed during my Spain trip).
• Location: Very convenient - next to a shopping center and two supermarkets. Within 15-30 min bus ride to key attractions and train station
• Room: Clean and modern - with the European standard basic essentials (hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel) and things upon request (e.g. slippers)
• Staff: Reception staff was friendly and helpful - happy to recommend places and how to get to places
Overall a pleasant stay with expected standard!

Highly recommended! Although it's called an apartment, it's practically a hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms were fully equipped. There's an underground parking garage, but the garage door is inconspicuous, and it's a one-way street; you might drive past it just because you see the hotel sign, and you have to drive around to get in. The hotel is right next to a park, and you can walk to attractions like the aquarium.

Decent hotel, good design, good location, quiet area. We live here for two nights, the only problem is just the internet, not high speed.

This hotel is old. The room is small and looks like it needs to be renovated.
The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points.
The location of the hotel is OK, of course, because the old town of Valencia is very large, you can basically walk to the main attractions in 15 minutes. It is very close to the North Railway Station, but it is not actually useful because the commonly used stations are far away and definitely cannot be walked.
The hotel service is average, parking is not allowed at the door of the hotel, watching the old man pushing the box by himself, the waiter acted as if he didn't see it, until the road was uneven and the old man fell. I probably won't stay at this hotel after getting off the bus

Guest UserOn this trip, we stayed at three hotels in Valencia, and this one was our third. It was by far our favorite! Everything just clicked: the location, amenities, proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences, and bus stops nearby for easy access to the beach, plus a huge shopping center. We were checked into the 10th floor, which is where the pool is located. They let us check in two hours early without any fuss and even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. On top of that, the hotel held onto our bags until it was time for our flight. Excellent service! The rooms had wonderful bedding and spotless white towels, and housekeeping cleaned every day. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Valencia.

Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful

Swimming pool isn’t opened yet. That is the only negative thing I can say. Friendly employers.
And only 1 suggestion to add more chairs to the room
Location wise for Valencia it’s out of the center
But the supermarket is next door and the area is nice clean and quiet.
And some nice restaurants in walking distance of 5mins

Guest UserThis property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

Moo995Not a traditional hotel, but a very cool concept for longer stays combined with work.
The pool, lounges, and gym are top-notch.
