"We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future."

Staff could have been a little friendlier and more proactive in providing information; very transactional at the reception desk and no information provided on the hotel, its facilities, map of the town etc. While modern, the room lacks some things - there is no where obvious to hang a coat. There is no where in the bathroom except the shower to hang the towels. But otherwise all good."

"Although Valencia is not a popular tourist city, the service staff of this hotel is really super enthusiastic. From how to rent a bicycle, where to eat, how to take the tour route... they have thought of everything for you. Because of the service of this hotel, I like this city more. The hotel room is very unique, the bathtub is very large, it is very comfortable when taking a bath, the toiletries are also great, and the drinks in the room are free to drink. In short, if I come here again, I will definitely stay here again. All full marks!"

"The hotel room appeared old, and the cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom was dirty, with a corroded bathtub and a showerhead that sprayed water everywhere, wetting the bathtub curtains. There were also worn-out noises coming from the pipes. When I opened the mini-bar, I found some leftover food from the previous guest. The Wi-Fi was weak, and breakfast was okay, but the coffee tasted stale."

"absolutely amazing hotel and location!!!!!!!!! room is so cute and clean, smells so nice all over and rooftop small open space is very cute for photo taking and relaxing at night. location is amazing, we popped in and out throughout the day between shopping and eating to drop our items off as it was in such a central location. we loved every single second of our stay here!! and staff were so amazing too. now my suitcase has memory of sleepn valència with their sticker! the only downside is maybe walls and ceiling is too thin, can hear everybody around you. but it solves easily with ear plug:)"

"For a suite with a jacuzzi and terrace, it left a lot to be desired. It wasn't clean. You have to go through the entire restaurant to get to your room in front of all the diners. It was small and had tiny windows so you couldn't see outside, and the ceilings were very low. Dents were guaranteed. The only good thing about the value for money was the location and the friendliness of the receptionist."
