瓦倫西亞雖然不是個熱門旅遊城市，但是這家酒店的服務人員真的超級熱情，從怎麼租自行車，到哪裡去吃飯，怎麼走參觀路線……貼心為你想好。因為這家酒店的服務也更喜歡這個城市。酒店的房間非常的有特色，浴池很大，泡澡的時候相當的舒服，洗漱用品也很贊，房間裏的飲品隨便喝，總之如果再來這裏肯定還會入住，全部滿分！

We loved our experience at this hotel. The location is great and the staff made a beautiful, comfortable hotel just that much better! I would highly recommend a stay here when visiting Valencia.

Would highly recommend! Great location (close walking distance to the cathedral and other tourist spots, about 30 minutes walk to city of arts and sciences), amazing attention to detail. You will be greeted as you come in and shown with a map where all the best spots are to go during your stay. They had complimentary snacks/non-alcoholic drinks in the room. Bed was very comfortable, and they have a pillow menu so if your pillow is not to your liking you can request a another. Includes great toiletries, I loved the bath scrub they provided. Breakfast is complimentary and includes a buffet of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, juices, nuts, and also includes choosing an item from their hot breakfast menu. If we go back to Valencia I would definitely love to stay there again!

Kleines Boutique Hotel an ausgezeichneter Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur grossen Kathedrale, der Plaza de la Reina und zur Busstation. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und ausnehmend freundliches und liebenswürdiges Personal. Gutes Europäisches Frühstücksbuffet. Viele Schweizer Kunden. Sehr gerne wieder.

Truly stunning, beautifully designed hotel, with extremely professional staff. From the moment of arrival - including a birthday cake in my room (we hadn't told them!) - the staff could not have been more willing or more attentive. The rooms are stylish, with every facility and each is individual. You can even discover the history of your room online, should you wish. Breakfast is fresh, delicious in a beautiful breakfast room. A very small pool outside for hotter days, but this is not a hotel that's all about the pool; it's about proximity to all that Valencia has to offer, although I can imagine a dip would be welcome during the summer months. The building's history is on stylish display throughout, and adds to its charm. Truly, top class.

The service provided by this hotel was truly at 5 star level. The location is phenomenal and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They took great care of us, I keep repeating that because they truly did. I will be back at this hotel again in 2 months for sure!
