We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the sanitary conditions do not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. I found a mosquito when I entered the door, and there were spider webs near the exhaust vent. The most frightening thing is that there is black dust on the lining of the quilt... The temperature of the hot water in the rain is also very unstable. There is not enough water at low temperatures. I have to increase the hot water to get more water, but the temperature is too high.

Gran hotel con un nivel comparable a cualquier hotel de Lujo del Mundo. El servicio muy amable y educado.Desayuno estupendo, el restaurante siendo bueno, baja un poco el nivel. Bien situado,pudiendo visitar el centro de la ciudad andando.

In thirty-four years of travel, this has to be the best city hotel I've stayed in. The style and decor of the building is stunning - everywhere you look it is stylish and immaculate. Every single employee I interacted with had clearly been trained to a very high standard. The service was personal, friendly and proactive. Out of an excellent team, I must mention Ivan, who did a great job sorting out diner reservations. And regrettably I didn't get the name of the lady who served me breakfast every day, but she was brilliant. The location of the hotel is perfect - pretty much everything you want to visit in Valencia is within walking distance. Are there room for improvements? Sure. But they are really tiny things I noticed. The atmosphere in the bar off the entrance lobby was a little lacking, and on departure I just missed a "how was your stay" from the team. But these are small points, and as someone who trains 5 star hotel staff in the UK, Palacio Vallier is an outstanding property to chose in Valencia.
