"The location in Suva is excellent. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years. Many celebrities have stayed in this hotel when they visited Fiji. Although the hotel has a long history, the rooms are renovated, large, clean and hygienic. It should be the best hotel in Suva. The appearance is full of British style. The sea view room opens the window to face the sea. Sitting on the balcony looking at the bay and drinking a Fijian ice beer, I think Suva is worth it. The service staff are very enthusiastic and highly praised!"
"One of the best ways to increase customer satisfaction and encourage more reviews from guests is by providing excellent customer service. Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this."
"The location of the hotel is good. The surrounding museums, city halls, etc. and shopping in the market are all within walking distance, so there is no need to consider parking and transportation. Check out time is 11am, not 10am like most hotels in Nadi. There is no free wifi in the room, but there is in the public area. It is very convenient to go to the pool or beach chairs to rest and surf the Internet at night. The Fiji Museum is smaller than I expected, and just in time for some openings. The main exhibitions are not open. It is a pity that it is said to be fully open at the end of the year. The museum store is a bit hidden and not very eye-catching. The door is closed, but it is actually open. I bought 1 A painting of Tapabhu. When coming to Suva again, holiday inn will be the first choice"
"I stayed at James Cook for 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They did the very best to make our stay comfortable. I found the bathroom facilities unacceptable. No shelves for the toiletries when in shower, had to place everything on the floor. When showering the water flowed to the whole bathroom and made it into a swimming pool. Had to ask for thick towels to block water and not make the room wet. there was no security lock for safe keeping. "
"I travel a lot. And return to Fiji twice a year. I've stayed at 5 Princess many times in the past and will continue to do so. Bubu, Wati, and Mosese are simply the best and the owners ~ Tarei and Rod of course. I stayed here two weeks end of July 2024. I love the lush tropical garden, the rambling colonial house with hardwood floors. I could pick my own lemon grass for tea in the morning."
"Excellent choice downtown Suva. Rooms are spotless and large. Gym and washing machines are very convenient. But the wifi is painfully slow at times - so slow that it becomes impossible to even read emails."
"Capricorn Apartment Hotel in Suva is valued for its strategic location, close to the city center and shopping areas, providing great convenience to travelers.
The spacious rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and patio, recently renovated to enhance our comfort."
"Perfect location in Suva. First room I stayed in was dated but they moved me to a better room once I complained about the mould smell from the air con. Ask for rooms like 110 that have been renovated. Staff are friendly even if sometimes not as attentive looking at their phones rather than giving full attention on customers. Didn't try the cafe nor the pool but it looked interesting."
"This was the best with clean and noise free facilities.Nearby town and the checking in was so easy compared to other hotels especially when booking online.Would really recommend it for an online booking type of person "
"The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, clean and sanitary. It is also close to the beach, a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is not very varied, but it is filling."
