"Everything is good. I left my wallet inside and forgot to take it when I left the hotel. I only remembered it when I arrived in Carcassonne. The front desk of Carcassonne Hotel helped me make a phone call. They immediately went to the room I had stayed in to check and confirm the amount of cash. I took the train back the next day to get it. Thanks 🙏"

"L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité des commerces et de l'autoroute tout en étant au calme. Accueil très sympathique et bons conseils pour visiter Arles et se restaurer. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation des chambres du rez-de-chaussée où l'on entend tout se qui se passe à l'accueil !"

"The room are not like in the photos. Are much older and at least mine was much smaller. I paied 2 days for breakfast and only ate once because there was really nothing especial and not worth the price. The good part was really the location and the pool. By the check out they asked me for the full amount when I had payed already in advance and they were about to charge me again. Then I requested towels for the pool and it was said that they ran out of pool towels and the housekeeping didn't wanted to give any others for us to use. I never leave reviews in general only when I have great experiences but I believe this should be a learning moment for you."

"Quando siamo arrivati nei pressi dell'albergo ho avuto timore che fosse rumorosi vista la vicinanza alla A54, invece mi sono ricreduta perché le finestre riescono ad attutire tutto. Camera giusta per passare due notti, bagno piccolo e da rivedere nella manutenzione spicciola. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nell' hall si trova un'ampissima scelta di giochi da tavolo e non solo per trascorrere in serenità il riposo dopo le escursioni giornaliere. La colazione prevedeva una scelta tra dolce e salato di buona qualità."

"Great location ! But Getting into Hotel requires climbing up a flight of stairs. I had a couple of heavy luggages but No help offered by hotel staff despite being dropped off in front of them. Not 5 star service."

"This is a very popular hotel in the local area and very special. The clerk was very friendly and wanted to remind us of parking before arriving, because we had no signal on the cruise, and asked Trip.com to call me after we couldn't get through the phone. We still couldn't contact me and then sent me an email to explain how to enter the city and how to park. Very touched and thanked them. The hotel is in the ancient city, the decoration is extremely distinctive, we all like it. When we left, they picked fruit under the olive tree at the door, a beautiful scene!"

"Very small rooms, VERY small bathrooms, good blackout blinds, fine airconditioning. No elevator. Too expensive restaurant."

"Hotel was in a good central location near the arena. The room we stayed in was small and basic, with some chic decor. It was clean. As the hotel is next to some restaurants, it was very noisy. The room walls were thin and throughout, we could hear other guests opening and closing the doors, talking, etc. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us."

"The location of the hotel is very good, from the main attractions are all within walking distance. You can walk to the hotel from the train station. It is a very clean, comfortable and very comfortable rural hotel in South France. The hotel has a small restaurant with very good service and it feels very warm. The only thing is that the ancient city cannot be equipped with elevators, so there is no elevator and you need to pull your luggage up the stairs. Love it here!"
