"I added 85 Euros to upgrade to a private room and I am happy to have made that choice. The room was roomy and the amenities were complete to a hotel’s standard. The location is good for what I needed - I commuted from Versailles to Hotel Sub and then to Paris for some nighttime photography then back until a morning bus ride to Paris Beauvais. My achievement here is that I did not take a taxi or Uber to Beauvais. It is doable to take the bus to La Defense to catch the Aerobus and make it in time for your flight. Morning estimations of arrival times are accurate and Beauvais is a small airport - walking to the gate is rather immediate.
Stay at Hotel Sub!"
"I really liked the accommodation. It was exactly as stated on the website. However, the only thing I was unhappy about was the fact that they only changed the towels after 7 days. If you stay for fewer days, like in our case, which was 5 days, they only change them for a fee. I thought that was wrong. In addition, the nearest subway station is a 20-minute walk away. The neighborhood is far from the tourist attractions. However, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is good quality."
"The hotel was really convenient and the interior was really nice! Also the staff is really friendly and helped us with putting the picture on the public transport card. The hotel was quiet and the bed sleeps comfortably.
It was located around the corner of the metro station Asnieres Gennevilliers, which was really nice! From here you're at most highlights in about 30 minutes. There was a straight connection to the biggest flea market of Paris (Marché aux puces de la Porte de Vanves). There was a really nice bakery around the corner and a supermarket.
I would definitely come back here when I return to Paris! Thank you for the pleasant stay!"
"Price: Since it is not the city center, the price is cheap. If it is not summer, the price is very high.
Location: It is a residential area, not in the circle of small Paris, but 5 minutes walk to the rer train station, about half an hour out of the center of Paris. There are also several restaurants nearby for about 10 minutes, and there are many parks nearby.
Hygienic: Just entering the toilet has the smell of a canal, open the window to ventilate, the mattress is very clean, the kitchen is also very clean.
Service: You can pay 5 euros to the front desk to get coins for laundry and drying clothes, and the front desk sister is also very patient.
Environment: It is a very new decoration, the underground and corridors are very designed, and the room is large, there is a kitchen, the kitchen has a dishwasher and clean kitchenware. The toilet has more hair dryers and hand sanitizer. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ no air conditioning! No air conditioning! July and August can't stand it at all, and the fan can be turned on if it's not too hot at night."
"Not far from the train station, it is very convenient to enter the city, there is a supermarket monoprix near the station, there are also McDonald's and bakery. The room was small and clean, soundproofed, and could hear the next door. Good value for money."
"Clean and tidy, very close to the metro, about 30 minutes to the city, very convenient. The breakfast was also good, but there was no hot water for drinking. It could be heated in the microwave."
"I recently stayed at here and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location was also ideal, close to major attractions and convenient for transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
"Good equipped kitchen, refrigerator, cooking dishes, coffee cooking (no filters). Excellent bed.
A quiet and clean area, with quick access to the metro (alpha minute 7-8 walk to the Gabriel Peri station), in the district several network supermarkets + a little farther supermarket, working until 23:00
From the downsides: staff on the resepshen (the settlement was made by a girl) speaks only French, unfortunately. For a network hotel a little surprising, but not surprising for Paris. 😃"
"Facilities: The facilities are modern and excellent. I particularly appreciated the clever wet/dry separation in the bathroom.
Service: They accommodated our request for an early 2 PM check-in, which was a huge relief as we were utterly exhausted. It truly saved us.
Hygiene: The place was very clean and tidy. The bed was quite soft; those who prefer a firmer mattress might want to keep that in mind. Despite this, I still had a very good night's sleep.
Ambiance & Location: The atmosphere was very peaceful and refined. Plus, its proximity to Saint-Lazare station is fantastic.
Dining: There's a supermarket conveniently nearby. We also tried a Moroccan restaurant directly opposite, called ”Cuscus,” which offered grilled dishes that suited our Chinese palate perfectly."
