"I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The room layout was well-designed, offering spaciousness, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness was satisfactory; it was very well-maintained. The staff were friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any needs I had. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to dining and shopping. My only minor regret is that the soundproofing could be improved, as I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. Nevertheless, this was a comfortable stay that I would recommend!"

"Spacious and bright, it looks very clean and tidy. Hair dryers are not provided, and you need to pay a deposit of 10 euros at the front desk, which can only be paid in cash. You can return the hair dryer and get the deposit back. Although the elevator says that luggage storage is charged, they actually do not charge luggage storage fees. Washing, toilets and bathrooms are all separate, which is quite unexpected. This hotel is opposite the train station, a one-minute walk."

"This is one of the new hotels opened in a trending young area 10 min ride from city center. Hotel is breath taking starting from the fascade, than interior design and fantastic rooftop with view on Cite du Vin and the old city. Room is spacious and equipped with everything you need through your stay. Swimming pool on rooftop is warm temperature (+25). Nearby a plenty of restaurants but also Renaissance has a great kitchen. Breakfast was very rich on any demands. Will highly recommend to stay here."

"You need a password code to enter the hotel for check-in. (Iron gate leading to the parking lot) There was no separate instructions. I had to get in with the help of someone else. There should have been an email informing me about this in advance. The desk staff is not very friendly."

"Friendly staff, but the neighborhood is quite creepy. Not many food options nearby. A prestige room does not mean it has a good view or is quiet—it's just bigger than other rooms."

"I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a big market next to it with various snacks and nightlife. If you get up early, you should have fresh seafood. There is also a wine city where you can visit the winemaking process/taste different wines. The queen bed room we stayed in had a very high ceiling, and it was very comfortable to sleep in even if it was not a very large room. The first floor was as high as the second and third floors, and it was very quiet. The room was also very clean, the sheets were all changed, and the bathroom was very spacious. The public area was great, and it was not as flashy as other hotels. There was a puppy area, a photo booth, and especially a large terrace outside with sofas and lounge chairs, which was great. There was also a big screen to watch the game. You can eat and drink in the public area, and many guests chat here. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and they spoke English very well, and the experience was great."

"Great stay with friends. Room is slightly on the small side but we didn’t mind that as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Food and drink price and quality was great and the wine was delicious. Only downside was the internet kept dropping out whilst on work calls. Would definitely stay again."

"The location of the hotel is very good. There is a parking lot at the back. It is about a 3-minute walk from the Wine Museum and about a 35-minute walk from the Place de la Shuijing. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Garonne River and restaurants along the way. I will stay here again next time."

"The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room."
