"The location is great, very central and the paid parking garage is very close by. Even though we had booked with parking, parking apparently was full. The hotel as such is pleasant but outdated and needs a refurbishing. The door between hotel room and aisle is not insulating at all so you can hear any conversation outside. Beds are not great but ok. What we did like was the ability to drop off our luggage at the storage room."

"The hotel is located near Gare de Colma and is also close to many intercity bus stops and theaters, making travel convenient. Breakfast also includes a full range of French meals, and a variety of drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, hot water) are available 24 hours a day, but they must be consumed in the lobby on the first floor. It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'. The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking. Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette. Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value."

"The location is one kilometer from the city center and within walking distance. Parking at the door is very convenient and free. The room was clean and welcoming, and slippers were provided very unexpectedly. The front desk staff was polite and very friendly. The breakfast is full, the staff will ask you what you drink and help you do it, you can also self-service, the juice machine is more interesting."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 10-minute walk from Little Venice. When I first arrived, I thought I had booked a room too far from Little Venice! But when I entered the tourist area, I found that it was all cobblestone roads, and it might be troublesome to drag luggage. I was glad that I booked a room near the station, with flat roads, easy to pull luggage, and a flat elevator, so I didn't have to carry luggage... Breakfast is 13 euros per person, I personally think the cost-effectiveness is low, I suggest eating breakfast outside (the price is similar and richer) For solo travelers, this hotel is worth booking, it's very convenient to move alone... You can also rent a car from Avis at the train station and drive to the suburbs, and parking at the hotel entrance is free! Great 👍 As for the room, it's the same as the photo. "It is very convenient to travel and the accommodation is in a quiet location. There are museums and many restaurants around. The towels in the hotel are very comfortable and the thickness is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The toiletries are elegant and fragrant, just like French perfume."

"We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar."

"This hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this extra amount."
