Situé à côté du centre-ville et d'un centre commercial. Parking 7€ la nuit. Accueil sympathique. Le studio est suffisamment spacieux sans être très grand (bien pour une personne mais juste pour deux !), propre et calme, avec un petit bureau, suffisamment de rangements. La literie est confortable, dommage que ce soit 2 lits individuels accolés. Salle de bain avec douche. La kitchenette est équipée à minima mais ne manque de rien. Je recommande pour quelques nuits.

EElizabeth W21st century modern/retro design. Many chairs and tables in public areas have splayed legs which can be and were, a trip hazard. Stark, very basic, pared down room, very small shower room, no room at all to store wash or make up bags. Hanging rail immediately above kettle. Not enough shelving. Liquid soap dispenser in shower dangerously high. Towels very thin, no hand towels. OK for an overnight stay but no longer. Staff however were wonderful, went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. Breakfast provision adequate but chaotic at busy times - layout could be improved. Evening dinner excellent and good value.

GGuest UserMy friend and I were touring northern France on motorbikes and this was our first stop. We had never heard of Brit Hotels but if this is an example we will certainly be using them again. Price is important but quality is more important and the quality of service and the friendliness of the manageress was second to none. Of course all motorcyclists appreciate good food and the food was equal to the exceptional service we received. We would have stayed there on our return but we had to return early via Caen. I rarely write any reports except when it is warranted and it was. Geof Holt.

I was really disappointed by this hotel. Firstly, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, and no kettle with tea/coffee in the rooms. When I questioned this, I was told they had to differentiate themselves from other grades of hotel within the Accor group, and this three star (!) establishment did not rate either hand towels nor a kettle in the room. Given that they charge €80+ for a single room, and that the Premiere Classe chain, which charges €35-40, does provide hand towels, I thought this was a bit much. When I complained about the fact that one could not make tea in one's room, they informed me that they would be happy to make me a cup of tea if I just asked at the front desk. I did, and they then tried to bill me for this when I eft. Last but not last, the person at the front desk, the one who cam up with all the excuses, called me by first name throughout my stay. Clearly, nobody had ever told him that clients should be addressed as ”Madame” or ”Monsieur. I was invited to stay in this hotel for a job, but would never choose to stay there myself.
