"Great location, just a short walk to the bus station and metro, with plenty of shops nearby. The room was beautiful and matched the description. It included a small kitchen equipped with utensils, a fridge, and even a fan, which was a great help for the summer heat."

"The views were amazing, but when we arrived, the sink was clogged and full of dirty water. Why do you let guests into a room when you already know it's in that condition? They unclogged it, but didn’t clean it properly or fix the issue—it kept filling with water. It seems like this isn't the first time it’s happened. They should really call a plumber to fix it. We couldn’t even use the sink and had to brush our teeth in the shower. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the views were truly stunning"
