Grosse arnaque!!! Réservation via une box d’une valeur de 100euros. A peine réservé au téléphone pour une nuit que le solde a été encaissé sans justificatif. La propriétaire indique qu’elle prend un supplément pour les box, pour pouvoir rentrer dans ses frais. Ce que je ne conteste pas; d’ailleurs je demande à réserver une nuit de plus. Nous arrivons donc à l’endroit où nous sommes accueillis par une charmante vieille dame et par une odeur de «vieux » même si l’environnement semble propre. Par contre, petit déjeuner plutôt décevant ( en tout: pain non frais, brioche industrielle, beurre de cantine, confiture en petite quantité pas très savoureuses, jus de pomme, café, chocolat). Durant le séjour, personne plutôt agréable jusqu’au moment de partir , mamie se transforme en une véritable dame de fer pour réclamer son argent manquant pretextant un malentendu à cause de la box, un surplus de 125 euros!! Donc en tt, 225 euros pour 2 nuits. Certainement pas justifié au vu des prestations médiocres. Par contre mari adorable et effacé…

This place is in some ways a throwback to the 1970s. A shower in the room, with a privacy screen, but the toilets are shared. I think the rooms are too small to ever be rebuilt with ensuite bathrooms. Some people let the doors crash, which have a mechanism for closing them securely. It's not far from the train station, but on a fairly busy road, and right opposite a gas station. We happened to arrive on the hottest day of the year, 40°C, and there is no air conditioning- so far, they got by without it, but climate change seems to be here to stay. We slept by keeping both the window and the door open, which created a stiff breeze. Too bad for the people looking in on their way to the toilet :-) The breeze sometimes smelled a bit of the street, and sometimes of manure- from a nearby farm? Not very strong, and normally you would of course keep the windows closed. Everything was clean, and the owners nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. If you come by car: there is free parking on the premises. The wifi could be more stable, it might need an upgrade. I lost my connection many times. This is very clearly a family business- staying here will not break the bank, and you are supporting a local family, not a big corporation. The attached restaurant can feed you at reasonable prices, and the cidre is sublime.

Accueil et le personnel au top. La chambre 111 est bien. Dommage que la salle de bain est petite. Le spa est super grand qu'on arrive à faire quelques brasses😁. Prendre l'apéro dans le jardin c est un bonheur,le cadre y est. Le petit déjeuner se trouve à l'étage. Pour une personne qui se lève tôt,il est dommage que le petit déjeuner débute un peu tard (7:30)

The room is in the attic style; the area is small; the box can be placed on the ground; the bathroom is small, the toiletries have a disposable mouthwash cup, a small bag of bath liquid, very simple. No hot water bottle is provided, etc., the house is still hygienic. The front desk and the room are not in the same building. Check-in time is limited, pay special attention to ⚠️

My wife and I stayed here for one evening before getting an early start to visit Mont St. Michel the next morning. We drove quite some distance and arrived outside of normal check-in hours, but the hotel manager (owner?) was kind enough to come and check up in-we very much appreciated this. The hotel is nicely decorated, with a lovely back garden. There is parking in the back, and there is a lift for bags, which was helpful since we had a room on the upper floor. We requested a room off the street, and we were given this with no fuss--again, much appreciated. The hotel booked us into a restaurant for the evening, which we really enjoyed. Our room was clean and quiet, which all that we needed. We got a good night's sleep for our early start the next day-exactly what we wanted.

It is very convenient to go to the Abbey of Saint-Michel. There is a big supermarket nearby. The parking lot is free. This old building is very beautiful. The handsome guy at the front desk took the initiative to help carry the luggage upstairs and gave a bottle opener. The room is not big, but it is very clean. We are very satisfied and recommend this hotel.

1. The boss is a very enthusiastic old man, polite
2. The hotel is at the crossroads, and the parking is on the side of the road.
3. Because it is a hotel where the residence is changed, the room is a bit old, but it doesn’t matter if you experience it once
The town where this hotel is located is very small. It is still very convenient to drive to Mont Saint-Michel for about ten kilometers
