"The reception staff were helpful and so were a couple of the other restaurant staff although most were just there for the job, rather than to give good customer service. The facilities, evening meal and breakfast were very good and tasty. The meals were well priced and overall I thought the facilities, room and food were good value for money. There was one flaw with the room - the rim of the Toulon owl had clearly not been cleaned or scrubbed for some weeks. I raised this with reception at check out."

"Room is clean and cosy. Worth the price. Recommended to stay if you want not so expensive but elite type hotels. 15 mins walk to train station and 20 mins away train ride ro central London. Breakfast is really delicious and generous. You can even take away some bread and fruits if you can't have the buffet."

"The room was very small. London hotels are notoriously expensive, so the price for this one was fairly standard. I ended up booking Hilton hotels for the rest of my trip because, honestly, the overall quality and value here just don't compare to what you get for your money in China, but I suppose that's just the reality of prices in the UK. On the positive side, the transportation links were excellent, making it very convenient to explore."

The hotel has a modern look and is conveniently located with decent transport links to central London. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities — comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. However, the breakfast box was very minimal and may not be satisfying for everyone, especially those expecting a hot breakfast. Overall, it’s a decent hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re attending an event nearby."

"Shadian has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and many Arabic delicacies in 10 minutes' walk. London Bridge is 15 minutes away by train. The hotel's breakfast buffet is delicious and has many varieties. The staff in Shadian are friendly."

"If you want something cheap and cheerful with walking distance to train station this might be a relevant option. However please note that if you book under 6 days they will not clean the room or change bedsheets unless you pay a daily charge of £15.00. I also would like to highlight the rooms are ridiculously small with no shelves or storage space to put your items. The showers has this annoying loop system where it will will be hot for a minute then cold."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this aparthotel. I was very comfortable in the room. This aparthotel is located very close to the east Croydon Station about 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The young man at the from desk was very helpful. I needed to check in before the check in time and they made the allowance for me to do that. Note well: the walls are very thin, thus you can hear everything happening above, below and next to you. I was thoroughly entertained/ with the music, gossip and moans that escaped the other rooms. Although there are rules that governs the stay at the aparthotel, we need to bear in mind that at nights people do what they want and break the rules. If reported the hotel can deal with it. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this aparthotel especially if you are on a budget or like me who wanted to enjoy my vacation without spending all my money in hotels. This is and was a great option. I will most definitely stay here again."
