"The hotel was very reasonably priced as we didn't want to stay in Edinburgh as it's not worth the money. The room was spacious enough. The electric heater on the wall took time to figure out. Maybe a guide on how to work it could be left at the table. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The TV was big but not all stations worked. The room despite having a few lights still felt very dark. The breakfast was lovely. The seating area felt crammed into eachother. They should use the seating area at the bar as well for breakfast to rectify this. Would I stay here again? I would, yes as long as they keep the price reasonable and with a free breakfast."
"Next to the golf course, this is an old hotel. It is clean, but very old. The hot and cold water in the taps are separate. The hotel also provides heating in the summer evening, so it is very quiet. There are many small animals to walk around and meet unexpectedly. It is suitable for self-driving. There are also bus groups staying. The surrounding environment is very good, there is a lawn suitable for weddings, and the sunny breakfast restaurant is also impressive."
"The hotel has won some awards and is very local. There are no tour groups and even other Asian tourists. There is a small English garden, which is very beautiful. Sitting in the sun room to eat breakfast and dinner and looking at the distant scenery is really worth the trip.
We drove to the hotel by ourselves, so we didn't feel any inconvenience. There are also some small shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is not located in the center of Edinburgh, but it takes less than half an hour to get to the city center by car. For drivers in China who are often stuck in traffic, it is a piece of cake.
The public transportation is not very clear, and it is estimated that it will be available if you look for it."
"Overnight stay prior to a flight from Edinburgh. Had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely. Room was clean & warm. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices. Not a fan of the eggs in the hot containers."

"Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Regular cleaning, savory breakfast to order in the restaurant, very reasonable prices for catering, friendly staff. No hair dryer and bring a shower cap because the shower head is high and fixed. Very quiet and well-insulated hotel. Excellent value for money"
"The trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!"

"Very nice. Very friendly staff. We stayed there to go to Edinburgh for the Festivals. 5 minutes walk from the station. Can you enjoy all the tastes in the big city without problem. Good enough breakfast. So take your own soup to the breakfast room. "
