"We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and polite the staff were. The hotel room was clean and well stocked with towels Scotch biscuits and all the coffee and tea we could drink. There are two bars here and a restaurant and an absolutely stunning garden the parking facilities were plentiful. The staff were able to assist me with a set of pliers so I could fix the zip for my bag. And the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main road to Edinburgh so you can catch a bus direct to Edinburgh that runs from the early morning to very late at 23:30. Stay here to save a few pound in comparison to central Edinburgh and be pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere great for winding down after travelling We also asked for the bathtub and they provided."

"A last minute booking and fairly good location outside Edinburgh by train amd short walk. Breakfast included in Price sometimes. Spacious room and shared bathroom, usual for guesthouse. Some confusion over room allocation and phone number wasn’t correct on trip site !!"
