"Feeling easy and comfortable with all basic supplies available. Although the couch in the room is a bit worn, overall it is a nice experience. Lobby Christmas decoration is decent and festive, great and enjoyable atmosphere!"

"The hotel service is good. Just the restaurant and bar at the hotel is opened from 5-9pm. If you drive , the hotel offers parking. It’s not a problem for you that no restaurants around the hotel. Anyway, the hotel meets everything you need. I love the most is the senses of fire safety. Many fire extinguishers in the corridors of the hotel."

"The hotel was pretty good but the bedroom was SOOO hot, it was cooler outside. Thankfully there was a fan for use in the room. Unfortunately I did not get a room near my travelling companion, not even on the same floor, despite being on the same booking. The lock on my door (room 16) did not work properly so I propped a chair against it overnight. A standard lamp in my room was not working. The room and bed was very comfortable and clean and despite being on the ground floor, right by the car park, I didn't get disturbed by other guests or cars. The restaurant was busy and a bit manic but the staff were pleasant and the vegan option I chose for dinner was very nice. Breakfast was okay but the plant-based cooked option I chose could've done with being hot. The coffee from the self-serve machine was really nice."

"I checked in late at night but responded. I was saved by printing service for 1 pounds. Shampoo, etc., need to be brought. I was in a quiet place and slept well."

"We stayed at the hotel for two days, the beds were very comfortable and a good night's sleep, but unfortunately the bathroom was not clean and I would not stay at the hotel for more than two nights. The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was okay"
