"I booked a 3nights trip at this hotel, I had emailed them and told them to upgrade my room 3 weeks in advance. Day one before I checked in I there was a little fuss about the upgrade which was later fixed. The room was clean and nice. The tv did not have full amenities. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water only cold. The bath water was coloured. I complained at reception, they tried to have a little one and two arguments but later on sent someone to check. When the individual came in she fixed it but the hot water only lasted 2mins. It was too late so we decided to sleep and leave it alone. The next morning we tried using the shower again but was faced with the same issue. Once again called reception to complain, the person behind the phone tried to emphasise that someone had been sent to fix it but eventually ended his sentence that maintenance will be sent. The maintenance came and agreed and said something was wrong with the water and told the desk to change our rooms so we could use another shower. We went out enjoyed our day, came back and tried to once again use the shower that was supposedly fixed to encounter the same issue. The receptionist was rude and started arguing saying it was fixed etc, he told us he will come and check shortly. We waited for an hour and no one came in. We called about 3 times and when he responded he lied and said he had been upstairs and no one answered the door, and tried to lie and say noise was being made in the room which wasn’t the case. Eventually he came upstairs, tried the shower again we complained and he changed our rooms. The new room we were moved to had issues with the aircon heating system, we endured with the broken aircon system as we were too tired to complain due to how they’ve reacted with other complaints. I extended my checkout to 5pm. Around 4:50pm the cleaner barged into the room without knocking."

"It is close to the airport and easy to find. At first the stay was comfortable. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your luggage. But after one busy night, we had the most noisy and worst family checked in at 11:30pm next to us. It wasn’t just a normal little noise it was constant all through the night. Kids screaming, tv on the loudest, bathroom door banging until 4am!!!! You can hear everything! Night manager didn’t do anything. It was unbelievable and unbearable.. If you want to choose a quiet hotel and have a good rest for your long haul flight THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!! I complained to the staff, but they said they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Because of this incident I won’t be recommending or staying here ever again. Also the car park is not £15 per day it’s £17. This should be updated."

"Nice hotel, really clean and quite peaceful even if it stays close to the airport. The decoration is really comfy, the bed is good, and I loved the tv and the fact that you can make coffee (offered by them)."

"We enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn . The receptionist who answered my query the week before our stay was extremely helpful ( the gentleman who put me through to them also ) . We were able to visit a museum in London before our late evening flight . The cheerful and kind staff ensured we could store our luggage after check out , and keep our car parked ( Purple parking was next door also ) . Breakfast was well worth the price . Room and all areas very clean and tidy , looking forward to our stay after our return flight ."

"Easy to get to from T5 and to get to Heathrow Central by regular bus . Bus timetable is from Hotel to Heathrow Central. (It’s the next stop). Room was nice, good a free up-grade from the ‘Cozy’ room as I am a member. Pool and gym are ok."

"Ideal for a short stay. Not much food options nearby but certainly Deliveroo can help. Close to Heathrow, there are both public bus and airport shuttle to go to and from Heathrow. Perhaps it’s better if the hotel can provide more detail information about bus/ shuttle bus transfer from Heathrow."

"Hotel was ok. Clean enough where it mattered and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately the tv did not work and the mattress was very old and worn and should be replaced. Didn’t bother to complain as arrived late from a flight so just needed somewhere to sleep. Bigger concern was that despite having paid 3 weeks ago they still tried to take payment at check In and again at check out. Then although both times they agreed with our proof of payment, still proceeded to take £70 from our card a few hours later. Not happy."

"We chose to stay here the night before our flight to catch an 11 AM plane the next day, so we wouldn't have to wake up too early and wouldn't have to worry about unexpected traffic delays from the city. The hotel's location is quite convenient. It took us about 5-6 minutes to walk from T4 via a covered walkway, which was exhausting since we each had two suitcases. The room's cleanliness was mediocre; it couldn't stand close inspection. There were no toiletries, and it had a bathtub instead of a shower stall. They only provided a 3-in-1 shampoo and body wash. The bathroom had tissues, but the bedroom didn't. The mattress was quite comfortable. Please note, the twin room at this hotel does not have two equally sized beds; it has one double bed and one single bed."
