Family visit to Blenheim Palace, We’ve stayed in many premier inns and this one is the best ever. The service and staff very helpful, room perfectly clean and warm the breakfast was absolutely fantastic plenty of choice

The room is pretty good, the bathroom is big, and the facilities are complete, but it is a bit noisy on the side of the road, and there is nothing nearby at night, so there is no big problem if you just stay overnight. The breakfast is rich, but the room we paid only has one breakfast, and the other is a bit expensive for 15 pounds. The service is okay, a bit away from the center of Oxford. A lot of people come here for dinner at night.

Limited facilities provided. Only a restaurant and some toys for kids. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff can be more trained to provide better services. Had an experience that when the cleaner cleaned my room, he or she just put some unopened rubbish bags inside the rubbish bins and I have to open the bags and wrap it into the rubbish bin by myself. Front desk had also lost my registered parcel they collected for me.

Nice hotel. Staff are cordial but the amenities need to be reviewed and made up to date. No landline to ring the reception for any service needed, had to go all the way downstairs to the reception to make a complaint on a toilet that’s refused to flush. Shower not working, couldn’t flush the toilet until I applied much pressure on the flush handle. Would’ve been great if the amenities are up to date (for the lack of a better word).

The room is OK, there is a sign telling us that the toilet paper is better at the front desk! Sanitation cleaning is a bit fooled! Other equipment is complete!
