We used the Kings Arms to hold a Wake for our dear brother. From the first time we contacted the hotel, we had excellent service. Not too far from East Devon Crem, it was perfect for us. We got quotes from a number of places, and this one beat them all! We had been quoted up to more than double. the price. Nice and easy to park, All guests were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were all made very welcome. The room was light and airy and warm. The food was excellent and one of my friends who is a very fussy, professional cook said it was brilliant. Teas and coffees were included in the price too. The place was very clean. There were about 50 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. Could have fitted more. Thank you to Freddie and the team, you went above and beyond.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking on the platform. There was no room available for me and my friend. It was already 1 AM, and after a long day of work, I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only guest encountering this issue. Fortunately, the manager managed to arrange a room for us at a sister hotel for the night. The biggest hassle was dragging our luggage around, and with an important meeting scheduled for the next day, we had no choice but to wait. We then went to the sister hotel nearby, exhausted. The compensation was a free taxi ride, but even that was problematic as the driver was not very familiar with the hotel's address, wasting more time. Eventually, after almost an hour and a half, we managed to check in. The next morning, we had to rush off early, feeling quite wronged, but I was too tired to complain further. Thankfully, the hotel manager remembered me, and the transition back to the original hotel the next day went smoothly. The whole trip ended on a positive note. However, I recommend that everyone should allow extra time and check in early to pick up the room keys, as I believe such issues will continue to occur. Good luck to all.
I was unsure what experience I would have from reading the mixed reviews for this hotel. But I wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from Heathrow, and easily accessible to the Underground and reasonable price (other Hilton properties on or near LHR are either pricey, not great reviews, or require taxi/car to get to them). I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. Walking up to it from the Underground (very short walk), it looks old and unimpressive. But when you enter the lobby, it is clean, modern and comfortable looking. Front desk staff were polite and friendly as were other staff I passed in the halls. The room was quite comfortable, and I personally thought the beds were on par with Hampton in the US - comfy, but not overly soft (I prefer softer, but that rarely happens in a hotel). Bathroom was small, but typical for UK and shower was very nice. Breakfast was good - I didn't go at peak time, but when I went, everything was warm, well stocked, fresh looking and large selection (more than I see in a typical US Hampton property). I can't say how this would be for many nights, but if you want a cheaper hotel right off the Tube, this is a good choice for sure.

Amazing attentive staff, clean room with good facilities, and fantastic value for money. The new Elizabeth line makes the location very convenient for Heathrow and central London. I will definitely consider coming back next time I'm in London for business!
1. Transportation: It’s half an hour’s drive from the airport, and it’s more convenient to have a parking lot.
2. Convenience: There is a McDonald's next door, a restaurant downstairs, and free water and milk downstairs.
3. Hygiene: relatively clean.
4. Comfort: The bed is very, very small and I dare not turn over, and the room is also small.
5. Cost-effectiveness: medium.
6. Meals: There are many types of breakfast
Summary: It’s okay to temporarily oversleep for one night.
Floor boards above constantly creaking along with stairs and corridor, whirring noise that keeps starting, getting faster and stopping. Noisy gate on alleyway. TV is size of a 10” tablet and as far away as possible so pretty useless. Very thin duvet. Fan was on and heating off when I arrived and it was only 16 degrees. Took 2 hours for the room to get slightly warm. Heater has plastic panel in front of controls so impossible to change settings. Almost impossible to sit on toilet as nowhere for knees to go as it's crammed into a corner. Only one light switch - either all on very bright or all off. Wasn't expecting anything special, but at least expected a warm, quiet room and good night's sleep. No teaspoon for drinks, just a wooden stirrer. Reasonable space in room for one person. Desk is tiny. Car park free and enough space. Breakfast was just one rasher of bacon, one sausage, one piece of tomato and choice of egg plus toast.
Everything about our stay was fantastic: staff, bed, room, facilities, ambience, breakfast, parking, location, Just a perfect London base. Very handy Elizabeth Line tube station just few minutes walk away. Whether going into central London, visiting people in local vicinity, going to Wembley Stadium or similar, perfect for all! Thank you very much, we will be back!

To be honest, the hotel is good for its price in London. Very suitable if you are taking flight to Heathrow. Also if you wanna explore London in a budget.
The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.

LLeanneW1049Great location, very convenient to tube and buses. Very safe area. Room was clean. But very noisy with street traffic. No blockout blinds or curtains, so light came in very early. Bathroom needs a good clean. Mould on shower screen at the bottom was vile. Mould on the grouting. But scariest thing was after midnight I was verbally abused by an aggressive person who had just arrived. She was banging doors and thumping up and down the hallway. When, after 40 mins of listening to this ruckus, I politely asked her to be quieter, I was met by a torrent of abuse. So scared that I left at 6am that morning. No thanks.
GGuest UserStayed here for 1 night as taking part in RideLondon and I wanted somewhere with nearby parking and tube access, this fitted the bill After reading reviews I was a bit concerned, but for the price I was paying and the fact I would be leaving in the early hours I took the chance On arrival its in a nice area, and the outside was clean. I got allocated my room on 1st floor at front. The room had all the basic facilities I needed and the bed was comfy enough, however it was very small (not really an issue) and was very dated. Needing to go to bed early, I was concerned about traffic noise outside, however room had a decent fan so I was able to shut window. The hotel is a short walk to ealing town centre with a tube station and plenty of shops. With the exception of my bathroom (which looked brand new) the whole hotel desperately needs modernisation, the paintwork and decor is run down. Hotel has potential I would possibly stay here again but not as a 1st choice
FFeilaikanyueThe price of this hotel is not high, which is the only reason why I rashly decided to live here. It is actually a homestay, not far from Heathrow Airport. A taxi is about 35 pounds. But later found that there is also a bus to the airport nearby. I didn't expect to have such a hygienic room in the UK. It felt like no one had lived in it for a while. Some stains on the sheets made me feel very uncomfortable. It took me half a day to find my reservation and check out At that time, no one could be found, so I had to leave the key in the room and leave. Downstairs has a strange smell, and there are broken furniture everywhere, as if it is under/to be renovated. There is a kettle in the room, which is full of scale and rust. It should have been unused for a long time. There is a small park and a dilapidated small bridge in the nearby small village, which has a sense of age.
