"I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it. I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back."

"Hottest day of the year and after I check in they let me know there’s no air con in the whole building. The lovely lady at the desk was accommodating and provided extra fans for the room however that did not cool the room down and even with the windows open the air was stagnant. Unfortunately one of the worst stays I have ever had partially the weather was the issue however no aircon during such heat is not what I was expecting to experience. Unfortunately I won’t be revisiting. Also, there were 3 massive moths in my room, personally I don’t have a fear of moths however something to note."

"Room facilities are generally damaged. The female service staff at the front desk is required to provide a satisfactory replacement service. But because of urgent things, you need to check out one day in advance and discuss in advance. The male service staff at the front desk communicated that the service attitude was not good. The problem was not solved in time and the delay was finally not satisfied."

"Although a little far from the centre of London, the short walk to the Ilford station makes up for it. Overall 3 stars match the hotel, but I would overall give it a 4/5 as breakfast was complementary for our entire 3 night stay. They helped with anything we needed, and made us feel comfortable, even the cleaners were helpful. If looking for an affordable stay, this is where I would choose."

"I stayed for one night to go to Stansted Airport early the next morning. The location was good because it was close to Stansted Airport, but the room was too cold and very small. In the first place, it was far from the city and it was a dangerous neighborhood with nothing to say about attractions, so unless you are staying for the airport It's a hotel with no merit at all. I think it's a good hotel to stay for one night."

"Good for price . The pillow cannot sleep , no soap to bath . Poor amenities . Coming to service there is deposit 100 pound with card only . If it is traveler from other country , can take up to 28 days . Hard to reclaim if it is not refunded . Apart from this , everything fine ."
