"Great hotel for the price, new, in a good area, plenty of city parking, good breakfasts (omelets, sausages, eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, tea, juices, instant coffee, buckwheat). The room is clean and bright, has air conditioning, and the receptionists speak good English."

"I really liked the hotel, I definitely recommend it. The room is clean, the room has everything you need: a large comfortable bed, towels, bathrobes, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, a hair dryer, a TV and even an umbrella (although we did not need it). The room also has a very beautiful interior, there is also a sitting area in the form of a sofa and a table. There is a summer kitchen outside, where you can cook food and have a snack if necessary. There is an ironing board and iron. The hotel is within walking distance of the attractions. I would like to say a special thank you to the owners of the hotel for their hospitality. They wrote to us in advance to find out when we would arrive. When they realized that we were from Russia, they contacted us on WhatsApp, said that the room was ready and were waiting for us. Upon arrival, they showed everything where and what to eat. They also advised what to see and where to go to eat. They were in touch at any time and always helped with solving the issue. It was very nice."

"As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is."

"With a punk atmosphere, the purple facade is very eye-catching, the front desk girl is also very punk, the proprietress wears leopard print, the hotel staff we see are all women. The front desk is on the first floor, and the hotel room is on the highest floor, among which are residential houses, which are not connected. The balcony overlooks the entire city, the restaurant has a very good view and can see the church on the mountain. The room will be a little sound when the wind is strong. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the basic facilities are available, and the breakfast is good. As a transit hotel for one night, the overall is OK."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) Stayed: July 2 – July 4, 2025 Room: Standard Double or Twin Room The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels. Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety. Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches. ✅ Worth it for short stays or transit."

"This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money"
