"1. The sheets, blankets and pillowcases smell musty, but after being informed they were immediately replaced with new ones, the service was fast (next time if there are new guests checking in, it would be better if all of them have been replaced after being used by the previous customer, so that it doesn't cause a smell of sweat that sticks)
2. The sheets, blankets and pillowcases have lots of stains, they should be washed properly
3. The staff service is okay
4. The location is okay, there are Stbuk, Richies, KFC, Kopi Kenangan next to the hotel
5. The breakfast is pretty okay, but the food is not very varied
6. The toiletries are okay, towels, toothbrushes, soap, hot water, smooth shower
Note: Room cleanliness is prioritized, especially the sheets, blankets and pillowcases should be improved"
"Upon entering my room, I immediately felt something was off with the bedsheets. There was a somewhat recent stain, and the smell confirmed they were definitely not clean. The towels were grey, making it impossible to tell if they were clean or dirty. I was too exhausted at that moment to bother complaining or calling housekeeping. And true enough, the very next day after sleeping there, I developed herpes on my thigh."
"Good location, just 5 minutes walking to duta mall and tou can go around menara pandang, pasar terapung, patung bekantan like just 10 minutes walking. This is my second time stay here and always be happy customer cauese all the staff very helpful and nice."
"This is the first time the sink has been placed in the same room as the bedroom, in my opinion it is very disturbing and has the potential to get mud everywhere."
"Strategic location on the side of the road, easy access to everywhere, easy to find food"
Very Good

MMuhammad Rizky DarmawanIt's not bad for that price, but last night when I called they said you could relax on the 6th floor. When you got there the lights were all off, then when you wanted to go to the 3rd floor to the pool it was locked so you could just stay in your room.
But god job, the service is pretty good and fast
WWidyahotel subscription,as always satisfactory.unfortunately, the bed sheets and pillowcases smells of linger, please change it immediately.it is necessary to be regular inspection and control to maintain this kind of quality.
