RrenjarinThe staff are very friendly, the facilities are okay, the breakfast menu is also quite good and there are quite a lot of choices, the outdoor breakfast feel is quite pleasant. Additional request is met, thank you. Will stay here often if there is a promotion again hehe

GGuest UserFor cleanliness, it's good, although there are a few dusty corners such as cupboards and tables. For the location, it's close to Alfamart and Indomaret, and also next to a karaoke entertainment venue. For friendly service. It's a bit unfortunate to get a room with a clogged sink, but overall everything is good.

AAlfares09Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.

MMFVery strategic position.. near food court, Cambodia playground/ RTH, beside many shops to restock needs. Friendly pedestrian traveller. Recommended for those who bring children/family.
The downside is that you have to go up the stairs for a room of a certain type on the other side is very quiet even though it is located on the side of the road.
The crew at noon was very attentive and eager to help..
