"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"Friendly service from front desk staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Used the pick-up service from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal as I arrived quite late in the evening. Driver punctual and was waiting at arrival gate for me. Room was comfortable and clean. Minor traffic noise from nearby road."

Only the same dishes every day. The temperature in the restaurant was warm. This hotel provides free drinks at the lobby. "Stayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab. Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door. Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money."
