My wife and I stayed at Roemahkoe for two nights in august 2023. We had a spectacular experience. The building is a truly unique hotel and we feel very lucky to have stayed there. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I arrived with a bit of food poisoning and they walked us to a possible room upgrade that would be the quietest room in the hotel. Also, without asking, they immediately turned down the (already soft) lobby music when we got in the room to make sure I could rest. This is a treasure in Solo and I hope many more people get to experience the stay.

Overall the hotel is good, according to the price. Starting from the clean rooms, the bathrooms are really clean and the mats are shiny, the hot water is great and keeps running fast, I really like it. And the atmosphere is really comfortable. On the 2nd floor there is a prayer room and it is busy being used by guests. Aahh I won't regret staying here. Next, I will definitely continue to stay here.

The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious & there are lots of choices, but the smoking room doesn't have a view out so it feels like you're trapped, the room is spacious, the balcony is beautiful, the shower is really great to make you sad hahaha
The only thing that makes it a bit unfortunate is that most of the interior plant decorations still use artificial (fake) plants, even the pools also use synthetic grass. Even though the concept of the hotel is good, classy, โโluxurious, it's a bit eye-popping if it has that. Maybe the maintenance would be easy & cheap, but yes, in 4* hotels there is no budget for caring for native plants. Hopefully it can be corrected. Next time I go to Solo again, I will definitely stay there again. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

This hotel has a traditional hotel concept
Positive:
The ambience feels like being at grandma's house with a really cool garden.
The cleanliness is CHAMPION!
There is a comfortable terrace for smoking smoki
The staff are friendly and ready to serve
Hot water flowing
Very close to the CFD area
Opposite the hotel there is a food stall so eating is safe
There is a wedangan jadoel in front of the hotel which is always busy
Negative:
I came to the room and was greeted by several dead lizards
There is no cupboard so bags and clothes are placed on a small table
Got 2 chairs but 1 was wobbly and needed to be repaired
I was there for 3 days and was only given 2 bottles and 2 towels
No renewal of towels & additional complimentary bottles of mineral water
The room I stayed in from morning was not cleaned / tidied up again
Hopefully it will become evaluation material for tourist mandalas

Stay hear for improptu 3 days trip to Solo. It is located near Stasiun Balapan Solo and in the middle of the city. The furniture need new improvement, the table where I stayed is quite slanted hence too afraid to put anything on top of it. It is a well known hotel, so you can use various transportation to go there, including Solo Train. Best thing is the room is clean, they clean and refill bath amenities everyday.
