"FIM by Zigna is a clean, comfy hotel in a very strategic spot in Solo. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly & helpful, and I felt very welcome. Breakfast has good variety, and there are nice facilities like a pool, spa, and a café. Location is excellent — close to local food, tourist spots, and everything you need. Highly recommend!"

"Good hotel. When we arrived the sheets were very stained and I requested they would change them. They did, it was much better (not completely stainless though, what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Otherwise it seemed clean, facilities seemed decent, 20 minites walk from train station. I appreciate that our request was satisfied, thank you to the staff!"

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition. But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all. Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended..."

"Perfect for families — the room is spacious and clean, ideal for bringing a baby. The service is also great, even when we requested additional cleaning after our baby's complementary food (MPASI) got messy and spilled on the floor. The price is also quite satisfying. Keep up the good work!"

"My second visit at this hotel. Their petit rooms which have excellent inferior are the best option for someone like me who only visit 1-2 nights & doesn't really have much things to carry with. PLUS ONE for their free refill on drink water, coffee, and tea. Thus are very helpful that i dont need to bother myself to go out looking for groceries store at night."

"The hotel smells good from the time you enter until the room, it is clean and the service is satisfactory. It's just that the bed (the mattress is too saggy and wobbly) for a hotel like Sahid, the mattress is not elite enough. So maybe it can be fixed in the mattress only. It is not comfortable to sleep like a hotel like Sahid..thx u"

"the location is premium, in front of Singosaren Plaza. booked 1 night deluxe room and it was quite comfy but for the cleanliness of bed sheet and pilow cover was bad (im so sorry) their staff are very helpfull. thanks Super8"
