"I can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation.
I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.

PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me.

AAk RahmanThis is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

HHapsariFrom all aspects, everything is okay. Location, facilities, services are all great. The room is a bit cramped but the facilities are complete. There is a pool but the one for children is a bit small. There is a playground for children to play. Unfortunately, I only had a room so I can't comment on the food. Overall, it's really okay.

From thej very first moment I stepped into the well appnted and furnished lobby with abundance of well displayed local antiques and traditional handicraft, to the moment I reached my corner-view junior suite on 9th floor with plenty of amenities and cares, batik patterned bathrobes included! The entre staff is responsve, naturally and honestly smiling, and with the right attitude of solving. Even though travelling as solo I was welcomned by people to have a chat with and this is absolutely outsanding. As to its position I would say great. A few blocks away from the local Kampung Wisata Batik Kauman and the Kraton, as well as the buses heading to Semarang. Solo Balipan station is 10 minutes away by taxi. The morning breakfast is the real prelude to joyful tastes from local dishes to international. Anything freshly cooked and replenished constantly by well trained staff from cooks to waiters. The best capuccino I have ever had it was there! Absolutely recommendable

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

HHermawan LimThe hotel is good enough for the price. The room is clean and quite spacious but not big enough. The breakfast is also good, eventhough the variety of the food is not a lot. The location is good enough but the location is near the train station, so the sound of train is quite annoying if you are sensitive enough with the sound. But overall is good.
