GGuest UserSuch a great experience to celebrate anniv here. Our room made up for anniv and we got a cake from Azana Management, thankyou so much! The room was new, clean and cozy. Amenities was great, there was a body lotion and hairdryer a also! We only stayed in hotel to netflix and youtube, so the ambience was really comfortable for us. Oh and we have a delicious bfast with various menu. Def will com back to Azana Boutique soon!!

MMin NandaHere to attend Awwalusanah SMA ABBS Surakarta, the hotel is nice, clean, fragrant with spices when you first enter the hotel lobby. The staff is friendly, kind, the food is also delicious, the location is strategic. It's just that when I got out of the hotel parking lot, it was jammed for almost 15 minutes, because there were only 2 machines. Otherwise, everything is good. Will come back next time ❤️

RRadi SanI had a truly pleasant experience stayed at Novotel Solo. Near to tourist destinations. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The room was cozy and fully equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The hotel blends modern design with traditional Javanese elements. It creates a unique and warm atmosphere that makes the stay even more special.

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

AAgus BurniatStayed at Mercure Solo and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is well located and convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay pleasant. Overall, a good option when visiting Solo.
