"Always stay with Zasgo whenever i travel to Labuan Bajo. Far away from all the noise but near enough to talk everywhere. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Love this hotel and there is a supermarket, pharmacy and Miniso right within the hotel building. Their roof top restaurants have fantastic view."

"An aesthetic hotel with a breathtaking view. Every corner is photo-worthy. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and while the amenities aren’t as extensive as a chain hotel, they’re sufficient enough if you’re not too particular. Towels and robes are provided, though I did wish face towels were available as well. The location isn’t within walking distance to shops, so it’s best to plan your logistics in advance. Breakfast leans more towards local flavors than a full continental spread, but it’s still enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant and charming stay."

"Hotel was ok, nothing special, just normal hotel, but we had strange situation with smell of cigarettes in a room and we are not smoking and were with little baby. We were so tired after a long trip, wanted just wait when this smell go away, but it became even worse and we needed to change room in late night with baby, who wanted to sleep it had an impact on overall impression! But stuff was very nice and friendly, did their best to make it smooth and quick. Also we know for sure where we left new baby sunscreen that we just bought and when we asked to check it they said that didn’t find, but it couldn’t be anywhere else. Generally it’s ok, best location in city center, nice walking area, breakfast also was not bad, kids room is nice, pool area with good view. I hope no one else will have this situation with smell of cigarettes because it is disgusting, specially for people with allergy like me and small kids But everything can happen, overall this hotel in ok"

"The room serves its purpose well as a temporary stopover, especially for those on day trips. There's new construction happening right in front of the hotel. Overall, I'd rate it around a 3 to 3.5-star hotel. Hot water was just okay, and water pressure was a bit low. The evening view from the sea-view room was decent. Since we were on a day trip, the front desk offered a packed breakfast service. However, on the second day, they made a mistake. For our group of four (2 adults, 2 children), we were supposed to get two breakfast packs. Instead, they only gave us one bag containing drinks, mineral water, and cutlery on top, completely forgetting the actual food pack. As a result, we had no breakfast for our day trip. Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue and refunded a portion of our breakfast fee. Overall, at this price point, I would still recommend it, especially considering the included transfer service."

"We stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!"

"Near airport, good location, beautiful resort beach front, resort restaurant is 24hrs, nice pool. The only downside is that the water pressure is a bit low, but that is very common on island hotels. Enjoyed my stay and will book again in the future."

"Luwansa is a beautiful and comfortable resort with private beach near the restaurant and sea view. There is a garden outside each hotel room, full of plants, flowers and nature. The room is huge and spacious, clean and excellent service from staff."

"The beds, shared bathrooms, and toilets were all very clean, and the environment was great. The restaurant was also good and reasonably priced, with live music, DJ events, and various activities. There's no elevator, but the staff helps with luggage. The downside is that the top bunk's rail is very low, even lower than the mattress, which feels a bit unsafe."

"Good - nice beach with decent house reef and interesting marine life - free equipment provided for snorkeling and water sports like kayaking, SUP - gym is small but complete with technogym equipment for both cardio and resistance training eg. Bench with free weights, home gym machine - I stayed in the premium beach bungalow; spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities provided, it’s right in front of the beach but has very good privacy due to it being elevated, and has good view of sunrise - even at night you can do things like spotting marine wildlife along the jetty, star gazing because of its secluded location - good service Bad - breakfast is decent but lunch and dinner options need improvement - food tends to be heavy in flavour and carbs, seems like it’s catered more to local tastes Everything else is perfect apart from the food - you are essentially stuck on the island for the entirety of your stay due to infrequent boat rides (2 free shuttles a day) and tide conditions (no boat rides at night due to low tide), so do bring some food or adjust your expectations before getting to the resort"
