Services in the villa were very prompt and efficient. We could contact the front desk easily through WhatsApp"

"So happy during my stay at truntum mandalika. The staffs are kind, friendly, helpful, they are amazing! The place is clean, the view is wonderful, and the amenities are complete. During out last few hour of stay the electricity went out, probably because we are switching on the TV, the kettle and the hairdryer at the same time, which is kind of confusing but overall it’s recommended! I will gladly choose this resort again :)"

"Hotel located 15 minutes from Kuta beach, it is located in a small fishing village and surf spot. High-rise hotel with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. Competent staff available at all hours. Breakfast served at the table with a wide choice, one of the best breakfasts of our trip to Indonesia. Possibility of renting a scooter (between 90 and 150,000). Room with mezzanine, comfortable for a family of 4 people. Balcony with beach view. Eco-friendly hotel with Indonesian style. Super friendly boss and very available. I highly recommend. Only downside: our taxi refused to accompany us to the front of the hotel because the last 800 meters are a steep climb and poor road. Otherwise apart from this little hiccup we had a superb stay."

"We Stayed at Sima hotel for 2 night's. Location was ideal just off main Street with the bars and restaurants nearby. Clean, spacious rooms with refrigerator, safety deposit box. There are 2 swimming pools to enjoy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here in Kuta Lombok."

"The room size is small, but the hotel is very new. The hotel is very positioned. There are a lot of food, drink and fun next to it. Every place is within walking distance. It is highly recommended for Chinese people to stay! ! !"

"The hotel is generally good but without a bike there is nothing to do there. The rooms are already tired, they need repair. The breakfast is generally not bad. There is no trash in the rooms. The toilet and shower are in the room and there is no isolation at all, only a glass door and in the morning when you do your business you disturb others"

"An unforgettable stay at an exceptional hotel! The hospitality was truly remarkable, with breathtaking views from the property. A huge thank you to Haris for his kindness and attentiveness by the pool, and to Zomi for their professionalism and the excellent service at the restaurant. The private chauffeur service for exploring the island was a real plus. The evening beach bonfire was a delightful touch. The only minor drawback was the noise from the service trolleys in the corridors in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel! Farida and Farid"

"Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa. Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room. TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect. Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing. Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch."

"We’ve been to Lombok (Kuta) many times and have stayed at a few different hotels. This was our first time here. It’s a fairly new hotel. Location is quite good and very quiet. (Although Kuta is a very quiet town. ) Wifi wasn’t great. Dropped out often. Would make it impossible to work online. The hotel looks amazing. The bar and swimming pool and even the rooms are great. The included breakfast is not that great. Mostly comes with only one egg and weird tasting meat, and hard bread/toast. You’d be better off going just down the road to grab breakfast from a local cafe in the morning. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned daily but towels and TP weren’t replaced until we asked. Everything else is good though. The hotel is very nice, but considering the price I think it’s possible to find better value for money."

"Arrived in the room and checked to see if the refrigerator was operating OK, it was not working , I informed the reception immediately and they sent their fixit man to the room who felt inside the fridge and told me it should get cold in 10 minutes , told him it was inoperable and to get a replacement ,off he went. 15 minutes later I contacted reception and a friendly man informed me that the existing fridge was OK because it was a cooler , not a freezer! They didn't know that I was a refrigeration engineer so down reception i go and informed them as to my former work status and a threat to contact the manager did they suddenly realise they couldn't ******** me, 5 minutes later i had a working fridge! Not happy with the laziness of the reception people"
