Lavella is a lovely little property with a beautiful garden. I ended up extending for 3 more nights. The pool is really nice with comfortable lounge chairs and pool towels are provided.
The bed is very comfortable and I loved having 4 pillows. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Good Wi-Fi at the property.
A water refill station is provided to help with the use of single use plastics.

It's my first time on Lombok Island, so I stayed only for one night. It has a very calm atmosphere and you can have the best vacation. The hotel was quite quiet and calm as there were not too many hotel rooms. The pick-up service to Kuta city is also very convenient. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach. Not only the facilities but also the service was particularly good and kind. Especially the service of Mr. MAYA was nice. Thank you.

Finally a room that smells normal! Finally!!! I could not believe it !
I only wanted to stay one day and extended!
Shower with bath (very big!) and toilet in another large room. Shower is almost under the open sky, surrounded by plants. A dream!
The employees are just great. They fulfilled my wishes immediately.
The restaurant is outside and very nice. The food is very tasty and not expensive. Really not! The portions are medium to large! The salads are great!
The hotel residents, not too young not too old. No families but rather groups of friends, individuals and couples.
You are looking for a hotel in South Lombok, then come here!
I will come back for sure! I know everything is right here.

Nice place, calm and everyspot is like in Pinterest. The road to reach the hotel was muddy and little bit not easy to find if you are from selong belanak but if you are from Kuta is much more easy with sign next to the road.
Suggestion when you rent the motorbike you must check and test, we do changes 3 times because the quality of motorbike is not proper but the staff is helpful to serve us to get better and feel comfortable during we stay in the hotel.

Unfortunately for the price we were surprised to find the room quite dirty with hair in the bathroom and dirty sheets. Staff were so nice and moved us to another room but this was still dirty. Rooms are nice but the level of cleanliness is a shame especially considering price point.

We simply stayed in resort - eat, beach, stroll, simple hike up neighboring hill.
Sea is full of seagrass ,not ideal to swim.

Shower with bath (very big!) and toilet in another large room. Shower is almost under the open sky, surrounded by plants. A dream!
The employees are just great. They fulfilled my wishes immediately.
The restaurant is outside and very nice. The food is very tasty and not expensive. Really not! The portions are medium to large! The salads are great!
The hotel residents, not too young not too old. No families but rather groups of friends, individuals and couples.

GGuest UserThe breakfast is very good. It is not a buffet. It is a staple food and a drink in each room. The chef is really attentive. The hotel seems to have only four rooms, two minutes to the beach, and there are many restaurants in about five minutes' walk. It was just right, very convenient and not noisy. The waiters are very enthusiastic and responsive, helping us rent motorbikes and find surf instructors

GGuest UserBy now you’ve probably looked at reviews and all the stunning online photos—as we did. And you’re probably imagining a lush, beautiful, active lifestyle boutique resort with healthy Ayurvedic food, surf beaches lapping the shore and a yoga studio. This image couldn’t be more wrong. Picture instead a bus stop from the 1960’s on the side of a disused road. This is the feel of the entry restaurant that sits atop a largely arid hillside with none of the lovely plants pictured on the site. There were a couple of palm trees over dying grass, concrete and sand. The photos are so far from the reality that we thought the place was abandoned long ago—and perhaps taken over by squatters who thought they could make a fast buck. We were honestly frightened by what might happen next. While it does indeed seem to be a hotel, the photos and descriptions are so far from reality that we walked around in a stupor trying to sort out the cognitive dissonance. Could it be that the resort that constantly touts itself as a yoga surf resort might have neither yoga nor surf? Not even a real beach? No….couldn’t be. Right? The owner kept asking us what we expected to find and the truth was that the photos were so far from reality that it was hard to even know where to begin. We said we expected a private beach-so he pointed to a fabricated sandy area roughly the side of two kids sandboxes with a metal fence around it. We expected five surf beaches—instead there isn’t any sandy beach at all and the surf spots are accessed by boat for a few. We expected yoga—he assured us there is yoga (though it’s hard to see where he could be hiding it) and other reviewers say the yoga consists of a mat and a spot to practice on your own. We expected plants and trees and a hang out area by the pool. Instead the large pool was empty and the little ones were so full of algae that I wondered whether the “EcoResort” was gathering carbon credits off the green pool growth. It’s a very good thing that we didn’t pay in advance, since we were able to pay only a day’s rate and leave quickly. But the place is so remote that we literally lost five hours of vacation getting there, touring it and getting back to where we started. Not to mention enough money that we could have stayed at a luxury hotel on the island for the amount we tossed away in a rush to leave. The owner was kind enough to offer us tea and let us use his wifi to find another hotel—a kindness we very much appreciated—but our anger grew when we finally settled at a lovely hotel and compared our photos with the ones online. What an utter misrepresentation. We’re uploading the photos here—the one with sand under the shadow of a palm tree and a metal fence—THAT is the beach. We both nearly died laughing when he pointed it out, but the owner was clearly upset and we were just trying to get out without a massive conflict. Zoom in on the pool with water in it (as opposed to the one they were filling with a garden hose) and you might get a sens

GGuest UserThe small complex is very centrally located in Lombok on a side street. A delightful retreat with a lovely shaded pool. The pictures are accurate (although we didn't see some of them) and the onsite team is helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is fine. We thought the location was great (it's about 200 meters to the main street with restaurants etc.) Oh, and there's someone on site all night.

GGuest UserI am having a good day there. Solo travel best place to go. However, there is renovation on swimming pool during my stay. But i believe the renovation is for future goods. Best suggestion here, please input comment/remark if the property is doing any renovation and etc. I choose this place because of amazed by the area, surrounding and facilities provided via the page. But overall, it is all good to be there. Loves ! ＜3

CccanseriaIt's a good hotel from outside. There's a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. It's like a small resort with many rooms inside. No car parking inside. No front desk. Just talked to the security guard and he let me check-in. The standard room is not clean enough (the floor ceramics is a bit dirty) but the bed and pillow is good. The air con also working well and it has hot shower. Room is spacious. Maybe better if in VIP room rather than standard room. It has more facilities such as TV and chair in front of the room. Breakfast only plain bread with omelette, tea, coffee or orange juice. Fried rice is not available at that time. Good value for money but you can definitely find better hotel with the same price. The hotel located in small alley and has a very quite and calm environment. I think the owner need to work more to improve the service related hospitality.
