"This hotel is located about a kilometer from Kuta town, right next to a motorcycle racing track, nestled in a small local village surrounded by local homes. The hotel is relatively new, with over ten villas and new sections still under construction. The room types mainly consist of rooms without private courtyards and pools, villas with private courtyards and pools, and pool villas that can accommodate four people. There's a small hotel pool, but the water quality seemed mediocre to me. We booked a standard pool villa, but since it was the off-season, the hotel typically upgrades rooms, so we were upgraded to a premium pool villa (the difference being an additional dressing room). During peak season, the price is quite low, around 600 RMB per night including breakfast for two, offering excellent value for money. The hotel staff are very accommodating, communicating with guests via WhatsApp for breakfast orders, housekeeping, and other various matters. Breakfast at the hotel is à la carte; you can choose one main dish, a fruit platter, a coffee, and a fresh juice. You can also opt to have it delivered to your villa, and the breakfast is really good. Additionally, the hotel offers motorcycle rentals (the cheapest being 90,000 IDR per day, slightly more expensive than outside) and also provides laundry service and private car charters to various destinations."

"Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. A special thank you to the staff – they were truly excellent and always helped with any questions. The location is very convenient, with everything nearby. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated, and the bathroom door kept opening on its own. The buffet breakfasts were tasty, not super varied, but there was a good selection. However, there's one significant drawback that spoiled the experience a bit – there were ants in the bathroom, and I even saw them once on the pastries at breakfast."

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is new, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, We also appreciated the discounts offered at several nearby restaurants, which was a thoughtful bonus. One of our favorite features was the beautiful outdoor bathroom—it was unique, spacious, and added a special touch to the overall experience. The only areas that could be improved are the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally unstable, and the natural lighting in the room. The room felt a bit dark unless both doors were opened to let in more daylight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, unique design, and fantastic location.

The hotel's location is a bit odd; it feels like it's meant to be a配套 hotel for the Mandalika Circuit, but it's not even close to it. The beach right outside isn't great either. The upside is its proximity to the amazing cliff, which is a fantastic attraction, and the beach next to it is superb.

Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

Firstly I will say the location of the hotel was good, the view was amazing up on the hill. No traffic easy to get around. Rent motorbike IDR.100.000 /days. Rent car IDR.550.0000 /days without driver. To get Kuta beach or restaurants is only 10 minutes. The service is very good, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Second cleanliness of the room, I would like to say it needs more improvements for maintenance in the room. We stayed for 4 night in executive room, just disappointing about the room where the sliding door to balcony was broken, the bed sheet bit dirty, also the bathroom floor was dirty. All of that everything was okay. - The sheets and door was fixed upon request. I hope for the future they keep a higher standard of cleaning of the rooms. Breakfast is avarage, ala carte. For us the Massage is not amazing enough.

The hotel is located in the southern Kuta area. The entrance road is tortuous and bumpy. When we arrived, we found that the environment was great. The reception staff greeted us warmly. The room was simply designed and had a light fragrance! In short, it was a good experience.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

This is a budget-friendly accommodation in the city center, making it convenient for travel. There are many shops within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are good, and I would recommend it to anyone staying here; they won't be disappointed. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited.

The hotel has a beautiful and well-designed area and a very successful location - in the heart of the city, a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. It is noticeable that the hotel is in the process of restoring rooms. Our room looked a little tired but was clean at the same time. From the downsides - the room felt a scent, I would like the rooms to be more ventilated. In general, the hotel has left a positive impression, especially due to location and territory.

Very close to Kuta Beach, just a few minutes walk. The room is very average, with a door inside, which is weird. The breakfast environment is very good, you can see the sea. The breakfast is self-service, with quite a few varieties, and the taste is very Indonesian, which is not accustomed to it

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
