"The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual. "

GGuest UserRaipur being state capital, the location of the hotel is excellent, welcoming staff is polite, rooms are clean ***** with clean bedsheet and towels provided. Mine was dual single bed requirement which suited me. Breakfast with limited choices was prepared tastefully. Therefore 105 was overall good wrt the money spent. The only few thing could have been better were outside window cleanliness and provision of flower pots maintenance of bathroom fittings, mug bucket and provision of working tea cattle with cup.
