Very poor service and hospitality. The behaviour of the staff was rude. Room service is too slow. The reception staff doesn't know how to speak with guests. They were of the attitude like they are doing favour by giving us a room to stay in their hotel.

Clarks Inn is one of the finest places to stay in Raipur and it’s very well connected to all the amenities nearby. The front desk staff is very helpful and the rooms are very well maintained. The kitchen is bit costly but the taste is worth every penny. Thanks to Asma for the wonderful hospitality.

I stayed here to attend a friends marriage. Place was just beautiful with enough space, good furniture and pleasant interiors. There was no proper airport drop facility which was a turn off! Otherwise staff was helpful esp Ms Aasma. Food was good. A five star hotel experience i would say.

Loved my stay. Got a lovely room, super clean with a massive marble bathroom. Enjoyed the instant service. Of course the staff were fabulous (front office + house keeping). Swaroop Mishra ensured everything right from our checkin till the time we checkout from the property. Great place with very comfortable ambience and nice view. Food quality and options are great as well. A nice place for spending quality time with friends and family! Overall a great experience.

Over all experience was excellent, staff was very good and helpful in nature and kind, facing some issue with shaving kit and shower gel. Otherwise best place to stay in raipur. Speciall all the receptionist staff

The stay at Clarks Inn Suites, Near Raipur Airport was very relaxing and comfortable. The Front Office staff, the concierge staff, the gatekeeper, the housekeeping staff and above all the restaurant ***ager Mr Subrto were very helpful, courteous and warmly greeted us. The buffet and the meals we had were delicious and had a wide spread. We enjoyed the hospitality. The rooms were lit up well, spacious and relaxing.

The stay was comfortable with decent sized premier rooms. The breakfast spread was good. Hotel has enough parking space and the location is also convenient. There was some confusion with the restaurant and the front desk regarding the number of persons included for breakfast since our booking was from MMT which was sorted out easily. But the restaurant service has some room for improvement.
